Went here during our road trip to Quebec City. The service was very friendly, and the food decent, however it took forever to get our entrees. We ended up being there almost 2 hours after ordering fairly quickly. It also took a long time to get seated as we weren’t even greeted for a while to even let them know we were there for our reservation and then the table wasn’t ready either even though the reservation was made days in advance. The ambiance in the restaurant was nice as well.

This meal was a pretty epic disappointment from start to finish. The best part was the sangria, which was quite good, followed only by fried cheese. When fried cheese is the best part of your meal, that’s a problem. The ribs were just slathered in what tasted like jarred barbecue sauce and the dessert was awful, it’s a rare day that I don’t like dessert let me tell you. To top it all off the service was not friendly.

The "Conti" for diner at night with my daughters. We ate as in Italie with good and delicious😋 portion. Everyone was satisfy with menu choices, the delicious apertzer, the main dish, girls took some drinks 🍸 the youngest have a choices of virgin one. It is situated at few step of the château into an elegant old house built with stone. Don't confused it with the "Continental" restaurant brother more expensive solution beside. With the wine, and drinks it was about 100$ each. Discrète and friendly service.

Lunch time, got in without a reservation. Fryed cheese and the deer medallion, excellent food, very good and friendly service with average price for Quebec City. Try the local red draft beer. Don't have a picture of the deer medallion, gone too fast, excellent.

This is one of the few tourism area restaurants in Quebec city that's not too difficult to get a reservation and is worth the effort. Menu selections are varied and cooked to perfection. Staff is knowledgeable and prices are commensurate with the area. This restaurant understands how to raise a meal event to the next level.

We were having a quick trip to Quebec with friends and really wanted to have dinner in the old city. The fact that they offered free valet parking was definitely an advantage and the valet was super efficient and a very nice guy. We were greeted upon arrival and our COVID passports checked. We were shown to our table immediately. Service was great and we had a good banter going on with our server.
The four of us chose the set menu. The starters were delicious and beautifully presented (as was all our food). I'm not usually a fan of carpaccio, so chose the salmon because in the set menu it came with the parmesan croquettes, but having a taste of the carpaccio that came with my friend's order, I would definitely chose it next time. It was very nicely flavoured.
The Parmesan croquettes were crispy and the berry compote made a great condiment.
The medallions with wild mushrooms was so good, as was the veal piccata with tagliatelli. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the asparagus was just the right crunchiness.
Dessert was Delice du Chef pâtissier, which was a light strawberry shortcake, which was nice but nothing out of the ordinary.
We had a very pleasant dining experience and would recommend Conti Caffe for its great service and food in a nice ambiance.

Went there to celebrate our 5th anniversary with my fiancé; it was nice. My seafood pasta plate was a bit small and I expected a bigger variety of seafood on the plate but it was delicious. I really appreciated the staff putting an extra effort to write "je taime" on my fiancé's dessert. Great customer service, thank you!

We had the most exceptional early dinner at this restaurant! We were recommended by the tour guide to go to this for our meal. It couldn't have been better! Philip, the waiter, was very accommodating, and we were able to order off the menu. I had heard a lot about foie gras in Quebec and was wanting to try it. He was able to acquire it from Le Continental next door, with which they are affiliated. It was one of the highlights of our trip to old Quebec city. The other accompaniments and wine pairings were exceptional! I would love to go back here again!

Je dirais que la nourriture était excellente, j y retournerai certainement, ils m ont conquis et j'ai déjà hâte de savourer le même plat ainsi qu'en découvrir d'autres. Pour le service, rien de négatif, ça fait l affaire, mais je trouvais qu il y avait un manque de chaleur humaine ou la vibe n était pas là ou de faux sourires, mais tout de même bien. Aussi le service de stationner la voiture est un plus, surtout durant le carnaval. Le service de vestiaire avec deux personnes pour accrocher notre manteau et 2$ de pourboires (bof), mais pas de serviettes de tables en tissus ? ceci m'a surprise. Bref, ce fut ma première impression pour l'instant.
