Un pur plaisir à chaques visites, le petit côté pas comme les autres et la déco originale me charme complètement. Un must pour les beaux jours d’été. Le staff est on point! 👏🏼
Coup de coeur pour moi cette année! Un menu varié, intelligent et créatif. Des plats bien construits, bonnes cuisson et enfin l'assaisonnement a point a tout les coups. Des portions qui permettent de goûter plusieurs chose, a un prix très raisonnable! Et que dire du service. Chapeau!
My husband and I came here during our honeymoon and we were blown away by the flavours and freshness of all the ingredients. The oysters were definitely a stand out! And the frog legs dish and octopus were very delightful and filled with flavour! Our favourite (or my favourite) was the dessert! It was absolutely divine! I would return just for that dessert over and over again!
We tried to get into La Planque without a reservation right at 5:30 pm when they opened, but they were unfortunately fully booked and told us we could try next door at Le Cendrillon, which has the same owners. Although they were also fully booked, I convinced the host that we were willing to take the table outside and risk getting rained on and boy, was it ever worth it.
The owner of the restaurant ended up serving us, and as a father himself, he was the most accommodating host we’ve ever experienced. Not only did we have the best meal we’ve had in a very long time, he graciously translated the entire menu to us in English, made incredible recommendations AND brought over a little container of toys for our toddler so we could actually enjoy our meal. This was far above and beyond what we possibly could’ve expected from a fine dining establishment like this one. I would give this restaurant 100 stars, if I could.
The food was innovative and delicious and the natural wine and beer suggestions we received were also top notch. All around just a fantastic experience. Thank you again for such a wonderful time.

Very attentive and cordial staff. We sat at the bar in front of the kitchen where we could see the dedication with which the dishes are prepared. We started with a delicious bloody mary accompanied by three dishes: fried chicken that was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, a bread with blue cheese with a subtle and salty taste and a third dish where the star ingredient was corn prepared in different ways. To finish we shared a delicious dessert ahh caramel. Everything was exquisite. Three dishes to share between two people is more than enough. Vegetarian options available. This is our second visit and we will definitely return.

Couldn't have been more impressed or pleased. The owner, Geoffrey, couldn't have accommodated us more - arriving without a reservation to a packed house and he whipped up the perfect table. Grilled and raw oysters were amazing. Lovely, lively spot for perfect service and oysters!
This is the best restaurant in Quebec. I’ve been here 5-6 times and it’s consistently top notch service from every single staff member - front and back of house - and excellent high quality food, flavours, and presentation. I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want to ever have a problem getting a table ;) but I can’t help but support this incredible restaurant. Initially wanted to try la Planque but since it had no availability we booked here .. what a pleasant surprise! I couldn't believe how good everything was. We tried bunch of items from the menu including: Cornhub.com (cute wordplay but it's much more than that. It's very nicely executed and contains only corn in different forms and flavors), oysters, octopus and tartine de fromage bleu, all made in woodfired oven. We also tried the peach dessert. All items were very well thought, perfectly executed and full of flavor. The service was also attentive and excellent. Wine list is extensive and I tried a Mezcal-based drink which was very well balanced yet complex. IMHO this place can beat a few Michelin starred restaurants I've been easily. Can't wait to go back. Thanks guys and keep it up!
