Called in for quick bite en route to the ferry. Fabulous panini and coffee. Quick service, friendly and a good price. Plus the fanciest sink in the bathroom! Thanks
I go there on a regular basis. Everything is home-made, fresh, including their chai! Not overly sweet, and delicious. Personal favourites include the chocolate chai, breakfast bowl, and if you're lucky enough to be there on the right day, the blueberry chocolate truffle muffin!
We enjoyed delicious paninis - the one with mushroom was was so tasty - sides of soups and took home a pack of thirty ginger cookies. Portions were filling . Great spot for a brunch, lunch or treats if ever in Powell River.
Attention vegans and veggies! This is the place to stop by if you're hitting the ferry and need a bite to eat! There aren't a ton of options for us in town, but Base Camp provides! The Agnes is delicious, a vegan BLT that's plenty filling. The prices are high, but the produce is local, the portions are large, and supporting local makes it all worth it.
Perfect place to grab pre or post ferry snacks! Friendly staff, cool atmosphere, delicious food. Loved the breakfast wrap and pecan pie bars especially.
I love coming to Base Camp when I'm in Powell River. Great coffee and a good place to sit and sketch for a bit. Staff are always lovely.
Popped in here after returning from Lund and waiting in the ferry to head back to Comox. Great shop that totally had their look and feel dialed and love their branding. I was able to enjoy a snack made fresh and a great coffee with solid free wifi working on my laptop in a funky and cool atmosphere. If I’m in town waiting on the ferry again I will walk over here again for sure
I love the selection of food and baked goods. The tofu scramble was delicious, and their coffee is just thing right way to start a day.

Friendly service, great chai and the Okeover panini is amazing. Visited almost everyday of my 5 day trip because it was that good!
