Henry's is a gem in an area where really good restaurant choices are slim. It is run by a couple, Jasmin runs the front-end and Henry is in the kitchen. He is classically trained, has great skill plus a lot of quality experience and it shows with each and every dish. Everything is done from scratch and made with great finesse. My wife and I have tried most of the menu and it is consistently a great experience. One thing - this is by reservation only.

Overall a very pleasant experience at Henry’s kitchen. Waited a while for the food, but it was fine considering everything was hand-made by chef Henry.
The service was good and the lady was helpful in giving us suggestions of what to order.
Their beef and pasta are great. I would come back again to try their other pasta and the goat cheese.

Having only tried the French food from the restaraunt, I think it is as good as many much more expensive options in the greater Vancouver area. Duck Confit was matched with great tasting assortment of vegetables and liver pate. Beef bourguignon was similarly as good. Finished off with a cheesecake with brandied blueberries, a good light dessert. Service is on the slow side but that is because they have a small staff and prepare everything to order. You must reserve your seating.
