staff is wonderful all though it is super busy since it is the mall,the service was 10/10. all it takes is patience since it is super busy and they all look like they're trying their best. café is always full but again it is the mall which is to keep in mind,everything else is excellent!
Clean, socially distant and a great way to finish a shopping trip. I appreciate being able to find great selections of coffees and iced drinks. The service is nice and reasonably quick. Especially with covid I have found they had a great system to keep everyone safe. **very LGBTQ friendly**
A very efficient, coherent team that provides everything that you look for. A smile, a good conversation and a great drink at the end of the day. Highly recommend to visit and enjoy the service provided by these amazing people

I passed out when I was there and this a kind employee came to see me and helped me sit, put legs up and gave me water to make me sure I was feeling okay. She discussed with me that she gave me advice on how to avoid it and what to do about it. She deserves a raise
This place is always incredibly busy, but it sells the usual Starbucks product.
Service is necessarily very quick because of the giant crowds.
It's usually quite hard to find seating here, but the staff manages to keep it all surprisingly clean.
If you can wait for your fix you're better off going to another West Island Starbucks, but this place is fine if you're in a pinch, and it's convenient located near the center of the mall.

Small Starbucks. Not a lot of merchandise. BUT the staff is amazing. The know how to move a long line quickly. They fix errors with orders while performing 100 other tasks at the same time. It is clean. It is run well.
This Starbucks can be quite busy because of its location. The drinks are always made properly but service can be a bit slow. It's not always easy to get a seat due to the aforementioned fact that it's busy, so consider this if you are looking for somewhere to just sit.
