Best Fish & Chips!!! The batter is unlike most! It's flaky and much less greasier than many! Very reasonable pricing!!! Large servings.

Best Place Ever!. I grew up going to Jasper's. I love their fish. They have the best halibut ever! Huge portions, and great fries too! I have so many great memories! Highly recommend it!

Best fish and chips in the area. When I first moved to Pickering I went to all the fish and chip restaurants in the area. Without doubt, Jasper's is the best. The fish is lightly battered and wonderfully crispy. I found the portion size to be more than adequate, and good value for money (I have no idea why someone would expect to get enough food for 2 people for $10). The chips are tasty--not as crispy as one might hope, but a strong compliment to the fish, and excellent with a good dousing of malt vinegar. The one disappointment is the coleslaw, which is vile. But for me Fish and Chip restaurants are all about the fish, and so Jasper's is definitely my pick in the area.

I ordered from Jasper's for the first time tonight despite living across the street from them for quite some time now. I have eaten many many helpings of fish and chips before, being of british descent, and also being born and raised in Newfoundland. I have to say that I am sorry I didn't order from Jasper's sooner. The portions are huge and the fish and chips were delicious. The batter is a little thicker than I like, but overall my experience was great. I recommend the 2 piece halibut and chips if you are famished and prefer large portions.
Certainly my favourite fish and chips place. Anywhere. Fish is always good and tastes fresh. Always get a decent sized piece of fish and certainly more than enough chips. And the batter is crisp and a nice flavour. I get the sense that the oil he fries it in is always fresh and clean. And the pop is cold. Ice cold. ‘cause the pop has to be ice cold with fish and chips.

Great food! They aren’t cheap with the fish as you can see. Very generous portions and great fries too. Service was great. The guy serving food was very attentive and refilled water three times.

Best fish and chips in the GTA hands down. I've been coming here since I was a child and it hasn't dropped in quality in the slightest. Extremely flaky and crispy batter. Halibut still firm and held together very well
Our very first time at Jasper. AMAZING! We've looked for many Fish & Chips restaurants and usually can't find a really good place. In speaking with a friend she suggested Jasper and she was absolutely correct about this place. The flavor of the Fish is delicious and chips you can is fresh not frozen. The service superior and we so look forward to going back. Thank you so very much!
