Often, there are many menu items unavailable or don't have! Napkins and condiments have to be requested! However, the fast drive-through service and hot n cold drinks are OUTSTANDING! 💯👍👌❤️
We visited this Tim Hortons while on vacation in Penticton from Alberta! The manager Sheila served us & she was so friendly and efficient! Would come back to this tims forsure! Thank you!
I enjoyed the barbecue crispy chicken wrap in Summerland. The next day I ordered the same thing at Tim Hortons on Fairview and Hwy 97. These two wraps were so different. Also, the Penticton location was a $1.28 more than Summerland Tims & I ordered the exact same wrap. 🤔 I'm not sure just how that would happen.
Another great Timmies. The service provided was quick and friendly. This Tim s was clean and comfortable with lots of parking and easy access
Always great food great service clean. But very poor and sparse hours of operation of all the ones in town here anyway
Best Tim Hortons in Penticton. Friendly staff and menu items usually available even late night. Sometimes the hot beverages are a bit cold so ask them to heat it up for you. You will wait hours in drive thru line if you go at the wrong time, and occasionally the younger staff will botch your order so double check!
The other two Tim Hortons never have anything i want, I stopped going after having to substitute my order everytime for rubbish l don’t want
The shelves seemed sparse but the staff said they had did in the back. Soup want as got as it could be but good enough. Donut was a tad dry but the ice cap... Well what can you say,"Timmies IceCaps are great.
Fast and friendly drive through staff. Rarely would I think of reviewing a Timmies, especially since they got taken over, but this location ALWAYS has friendly people on the window, and that's all I really ask for. They are happy, courteous, and make a fella drive away smiling. Plus I can fuel up and wash the car at the same location! :)
By far the best customer service I have ever had from a Tim Hortons! I order something and it was going to take 15 minutes so they offered anything else on the menu so I asked for something else but I asked for no cheese and they accidentally put it on so I took it back and they were super understanding and gave 2 free coffee coupons. Thanks for the great customer service to the staff there and the lady that helped us!
Great staff very helpful. They pay attention to the little things like making sure the donuts are nicely placed in a box and the order is correct. I haven't always gotten that at other tim hortons.
