This place can get seriously busy in the summer. Tourists, locals, people passing through on their way to other places,everyone seems to be here. Its not unusual to see a tour bus or two in the parking lot.
I only do the drive thru. That's what I'm going to talk about.
The drive thru parking lot is long and goes up an incline. It's usually packed with cars. You can feel a bit disheartened but don't fret, the line goes really quick. Every time I've gone through, they have been on the ball in the drive thru.
The folks that I've dealt with are always really nice. ..the food is standard McDonald's food. It's better prepared and put together than some other ones I've been to.
Great customer service even during extreme busy times. They took the time to do my customized burgers. Icecream cones are tall!
The most organized McDonald's I've seen. On a busy weekend they breezed through the instore pickup list. Everything was well organized. I was shocked. I expected to see the panic and confusion Im used to seeing when its this busy at other stores. Pleasantly surprised.
Very good location, very busy in the summer, but the service is pretty fast that you don't feel like you're waiting a long time when you go inside. The drive-thru line is pretty long.
Nice stop during our ride from Sudbury or Toronto. It is sometimes crowded in summer but not too bad. It has a parking lot, has a drive through, self order screens and mobile ordering. Once the food wasn’t very fresh and upset our stomach but only once out of 10 times I would say. The washrooms are clean most of the time and they have a family washroom in addition to the men’s and women’s ones. Seating area is big with screens and TVs. The food takes a bit longer to get ready compared to other McDonald’s restaurants.
It's a nice McDonald's food was done right. We had lunch and eat in, but we went back for a coffee 3 hours later sat on the same table and found the table hadn't been cleaned for I left something on the seat and it was still there.
I now that all restaurants are short staff but keeping the dining rooms need too be kept clean, not just the kitchen and wash rooms. I know this, for my family had a restaurant for 15 years and it's a lot of work, so try your best to improve.
Dining area had been updated since I was last here 3 years ago. Clean, well-kept environment.
