This is the best of the chain in Western Ottawa. There is prompt pleasant service inside and at the drive through. the menu is as expected for a McDonald's and is never old, overcooked, dry or cold. It's always perfect. I have taken my grandkids to their enclosed playroom where parents can take their food while supervising. The five stars is comparing it to other McD outlets and not to other restaurants. I will travel past other McDonald's outlets to go to this one.
