My daughter adores this location, and although I am not a coffee drinker, I too enjoyed coming here with her. The staff are super friendly and service is always prompt. Well ventilated location so you are NOT overwhelmed with a nasty combination of stale air and super strong coffee!! It's Starbucks
This is an excellent spot to read a book, journal, drink some tea, self reflect and people watch. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and know how to handle the Dynamics of the Rideau crowd. God bless their hearts since they have to deal with the good, bad and ugly.

This is a nice cozy Starbucks. Could use more outlets for charging of devices but as for the service provided it's fantastic. Exactly what you look for in a coffee shop.
I have never had a more pleasurable experience at Starbucks. Victoria and Kyla were the best baristas. They were extremely helpful and kind and made my night so much better. Located inside with Chapters makes it easy to browse books while sipping coffee. Conveniently located on the corner so it's easy to access via OCtranspo or after leaving the mall. Nice meeting spot!

Went on Canada Day and the service was incredible. The employees were nice and funny keeping the spirits up despite how busy they were. The orders were all correct and the staff was incredibly efficient.
So many kinds of coffee, snacks & other hippie beat nik stuff which is fine and tasty and moon cheese is awesome too. Always friendly staff who sometimes write inspirational quotes on my cup
