Best Starbucks with the friendliest staff and always a do right attitude. One of my favourite locations that always gets my drinks right and quick to fix if they dont. Amazing customer service everytime!
I am a ex barista from Elmvale, and still to this day, I am considered family. I could not be more happy to have chosen that starbucks to now work with a client so I can still see my starbucks fam once a week. Best baristas in town. You guys are the best, and I love each and everyone of you to pieces! <3
The exact experience you would expect from a Starbucks. It's good coffee at a premium price. I would note that this specific location is often very busy so there are times where no seats are available to sit in both inside and outside.
I do not recommend their Bacon, Sausage and Egg wrap. They skim out on the meat a lot. Doesn’t taste amazing.
This place is outstanding and staff is very quick. I have ordered online through uber eats. I got my order very quick within 10 minutes. I ordered grilled cheese and chai tea. Both of them tastes great. I highly recommend this place.
Highly recommend- warm and engaging staff like Petra who recommended the best blended summer beverage: pineapple black tea :) I had an uplifting experience and am very grateful- hence this review.
Among all of the Starbucks in Ottawa, this is one of them. It has one of the largest seating areas of the east-Ottawa coffee places, and a huge parking lot, both of which make it an ideal meeting spot. Most seats are next to/within view of the large windows along one side, there is always lots of natural light.
I go here because its right beside my house but if there was another location closer I would go there instead. Don't get me wrong the staff are nice, but they have no sense of urgency or time management. It doesn't make sense to have 1 person handling all the drinks and then 3 people in the back just standing around while there are 30 people waiting 20 minutes for their drinks. The math aint adding up. I think this location needs new management to properly train staff and delegate properly.
June 2023 Update:
I've been so impressed with the changes this store has been able to make! I feel like they really listened to everyone's complaints and got their staffing/schedueling on point. When I place my mobile order now, it is ready in 5-7 minutes as it should be and the staff are always sure to wish me a good day on pick up. Keep up the great work !

Been in to do take out and delivery through uber eats in the past. I've never had any issues with any orders.
Baristas are human they make mistakes, it’s a nice clean location and majority of the time I find the service flawless. They are willing to fix drinks kindly/replace, and always get me what I need or communicate when they can’t. I’ve watched them train n correct new staff in front of me so I trust that they’re training people correctly tbh seems like not a lotta good staff have been hired recently/kept though, most likely cause they suck. Also tho, hot barista. 11/10
Excellent coffee ! The staff is so friendly and they always make me feel welcomed ! Very clean place, clean bathrooms and plenty of free parking ! Each table is equipped with plugs to recharge your electronics. This is my favourite Starbucks to get my daily coffee fix ! ☺️
