I have to say that the ice cream here is wonderful. I have never tried their hard ice cream, but always go for the vanilla/chocolate soft ice cream. So much better than DQ, there is no comparison. Lots of flavour. Service was quick and I enjoyed my cone while watching some street performers. A nice way to finish off a day visiting Ottawa.

It is centrally located in the Byward Market and near a lot of other restaurants. I recommend paying them a visit if anyone happens to be in the area.

BEST ICE CREAM EVER!. Their Chocolate Peanut Butter is to die for!!! Absolutely Amazing! I definitely recommend this flavour. I get Chocolate Peanut Butter everywhere I go, and this is by far, hands down the best I have ever had!! I am fully converted to Lois N Frimas :)

My local favorite ice cream. This ice cream shop has been in Ottawa since I was a child. It's been fun growing up knowing that I can get my fav ice cream that makes me feel like a kid again! Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl is delicious! Plus I like to get my kids the other items that they offer, like lemonade, lolly pops, hot dogs & cotton candy.

The best ice cream in town. Walking through the By-Ward market the other day, we stumbled upon a super cute and bright pink and blue ice cream shop. We all ordered waffle cones. The service was great and the hard ice cream was amazing!
I got Mocha Almond Fudge - the best I've ever had! My girlfriend chose Cinnamon and didn't even let a drop fall to the ground on this hot sunny day. I definitely scored brownie points on this dessert treat ;) My grandfather chose Vanilla. When I asked him how it was he grunted 'good' - for my grandfather that is high praise lol. I highly recommend Lois'n'Frima's Homemade Ice Cream if you make your way to the market.
