Ceylonta Restaurant - Ottawa - Photo album

I thought of trying something different yet similar to Indian. Since this is Sri Larkin place I gave it a shot. See photos. We ordered Chicken Biryani (my fav dish of all time) wondering how it would taste and their Thali to try a variety of things. The Biryani was different and ok. The egg plant, b
We were a group of 19 and decided on the group menu. For $25 per person you get a set menu of appetizers, mains and side dishes - unlimited! The food kept coming.. until you tell them to stop. Every dish was something new and unique. Delicious! We all left incredibly full. We were served up to at l
Service is great, nice staff who made some good recommendations. Food was tasty and fairly traditional. I would recommend you ask them for suggestions of what goes together well if it is your first time eating there. Atmosphere was nice; it is a converted house. Will definitely be back.

We love this restaurant. My husband and I go there at lest once a month and we enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The Traditional Sri Laken food is very good and there is always something to discover. Our favourites are vegetarian and fish thali.
