I really like coming here. I've had the Chickpea Curry (really mild) and the Strawberry Fields Smoothie. What I really like is that they are both delicious in addition to good for you. They are "health food" without a health food taste.

Great staff excellent food always stop for recovery smoothie after cycling in the Gatineau Park. Highly recommend, lots of smiles there.

Great spot the staff are always super friendly and the food is always fresh. And oh my gosh the desserts !!! Would highly recommend the quinoa bowl for a beautiful tasty healthy lunch! :)
