Malinee's is a very welcome addition to Ajax! I hadn't tried their food when located in Oshawa but I can understand why people drive to Ajax now to get this food. We got Chicken Pad Thai, Cashew Chicken, Tom Yum Shrimp soup and Spring Rolls. Everything tasted great and was well prepared. I especially liked the flavours of the Pad Thai. Special mention to the ginger sauce for the rice. It was very good! I'll definitely be going back to work my way through the menu sampling everything.

It is the best Thai food restaurant I have tried so far in Durham Region. The food was authentic. It reminds me of the food I had back in Thailand. The prices are reasonable, and a lot of parking spots available in a front of the store. The owner is so sweet and friendly, she deserves more than 5 stars for her customer service. I added pictures of our dishes today. They offer halal option too.

We spent $75. 2 noodles. 3 curries. It could've fed 8 people. So the pricing is pretty good. The food itself tastes great, and doesn't seem unhealthy. And it doesn't leave you feeling uncomfortable. I loved it! I like the vibe of the place. It's super small, so it feels very squished, and it's a bit of a mess right now because of dine-in restrictions. But it feels cozy! And the decor creates a pretty authentic vibe. 🇹🇭 I recommend it.

We had take out tonight (New Year's) and it was great! Definitely hit the Mark. Pad Thai was good, red curry was delicious, Pad Sew Wee was amazing. Dumplings and spring rolls also delicious.

Really enjoyed this place. We ordered the pad see ew, the Green Thai Curry and the Spicy Basil Chicken. Everything was fantastic. The owner was very friendly too. Overall, a great place and will surely be back.

My husband and I took my mother to this restaurant for lunch and we were not disappointed. I don't know whether to rave about the food or the host herself. The food was amazing, just the right amount of spice and just mouth watering! We got the pad sew eew with shrimp and the red curry with chicken. The shrimp was so flavorful and juicy. The curry was so delicious and perfect with the sticky rice. We asked Malinee if she served Thai iced tea and she said only by request and made us a special order and the drinks were not only delicious but so pretty. We had the opportunity to have a one on one with Malinee since the restaurant was empty when we went and had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know her which only amplified our dining experience. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend it!

Amazing thai food! The restuarant is operated by an amusing lady who provides excellent service to all the guests. I visited the restaurant with a few of my colleagues and we had a great time. I had the glass noodles with beef, pepper and baby corn immersed in a sweet and spicy sauce which felt perfectly balanced. Everyone liked the food they experienced and the atmosphere was great. Overall a gem of a experience in Oshawa. (also the meats are halal!)
