The Best SC I have been too, excellent service!. I never used to be a fan of Swiss Chalet, but this location is clean, the food is fantastic, and the service is excellent! The portions are filling, it is a nice affordable family restaurant. We had ordered a starter/appetizer and got our meal, and when the server came back to check with us we just asked if the appetizer was still coming she felt so bad because it had been forgotten. The manager approached us giving us the appetizer free plus free dessert for all at the table because of the minor mix up. Completely unexpected, and it's this type of wonderful management and service that is not ever forgotten. It's nice to see such great customer service, and it shouldnt be unrecognized as good service is hard to come by these days - Keep up the great work, would definitely recommend this recommend this place to family and friends.
I was looking for something family friendly to take 5 children to so I opted for Swiss Chalet in Orillia. I was expecting the good to be decent but nothing special and was pleasantly surprised. This was the best Swiss Chalet I've ever had. Everything was very moist and juicy and the service was great.
