The service here has always been great and the location and store itself are both exceptional. The other day though I was super impressed by a staff member who told two customers not wearing a mask, that they need to put a mask on to receive service. Thanks for protecting your mask wearing customers, yourself, and your fellow staff members by boldly speaking up! I really appreciated it!

I frequent this place because it's a super cozy place to study and there's plenty of seating and outlets for it. Super friendly staff. I love how you guys have samples for your customers some mornings! My only critique would be the music, as it can sometimes be too loud even with noise canceling headphone on.

Really cute location, a lot of seating too but fills up super fast in the spring/summer. Staff is usually friendly, Graham was super helpful! Drinks are good as always and always fresh tasting.

This is one the largest Starbucks in the west end. Great seating and not just restricted to two people per small table. You also must try the Clover coffee machine. It's like a reverse French Press and has an excellent taste.

The new location has a great design and easy to be in environment. There is plenty of seating and it has a pleasing, laid back but put together atmosphere. The staff is efficient and it has all the regular goodies on the menu.

Whenever I'm in Oakville I always come here to study. Lots of seating and really friendly staff. They also haven't messed up my order like other locations have. The parking at the back is super convenient, but can get busy as it is shared with other stores.

This Starbucks is very large so finding a seat shouldn't be an issue. The staff are fast and friendly and even though the size of the building is large, I haven't come across any dirty tables surprisingly.

Great place. Staff is super welcoming. Was meeting a date and not sure what to order. Not a hipster but girls like starbucks so w/e. Barista was a well spoken darker colored dude. Seemed genuinely interested in me and my date. joked around with us for a while. Broke the ice for me. Spent like 5 whole minutes talking to us all chill. I have a creeping suspicion he knew exactly what I was up to and was trying to be a wingman. 10/10 would starbucks again.

Probably my favorite Starbucks. Tons of foot traffic, especially on weekends, making it great for people watching. A lot of seating space, even on busy weekends it's not difficult finding a spot. With people coming and going, it does get a little noisy and takes some time to get speciality drinks. Oh and they have beer and wine!
One complaint Starbucks: you pour a beer from a tallboy but I don't get the whole thing. What's up with that??

Good Starbucks in a very nice location, downtown Oakville. The service is super attentive an fairly fast. They have the regular Starbucks fair and beverages. The seating arrangement is nice for a smaller location. This is tje perfect location for your breakfast or even the post shopping break

Biggest Starbucks I've ever been in. Probably the best customer service experience as well. Barista Joshua was very pleasant and helpful. He and his coworker explained how their "reverse French press" machine worked as they brewed my Jamaican Blue(!!!) Americano, with a very educated and enthusiastic tutorial. Much appreciated, guys! Also, great coffee! Thank you!

Spacious shop. Comfortable ambience. Great place for relaxing coffee and meet up with friends. The service was quick. Entrance from front and back doors helps with the traffic flow in the shop.

The service here is a little slower than the other Starbucks however the location is great! They also have outdoor seating which is really nice. It is in the heart of downtown Oakville so there is always something to do in the area. Ps. Parking is free on Sundays

I've been coming to this Starbucks for years, all the staff are lovely, the drink and food are great. Although this can be a very busy location, staff work hard to get the orders ready quickly and efficiently.
