I love the concept!. We found the Spoon and Fork Plus on Urbanspoon while looking for a Thai restaurant we have never tried yet. We had no idea what to expect. We, my wife and 2 teen kids, expected to order 4 separate different meals and try each others as there is usually so much variety to choose from. We learned it is all you can eat off the menu and freshly made small portions as ordered. We much have tried 20 different items and expanded all our pallets to new flavours. I am no food critique or expert but I loved everything they made, the flavour, texture, presentation were all top notch to me. The decor and atmosphere was very modern and comfortable. We will definitely be back. The place was packed being a Saturday night, however they accommodated us within 10min wait at the fully stocked bar. Excellent experience.
Delicious. Went for AYCE on the weekend, $19.99, and was extremely satisfied! Ordered, crispy beef, tempura, calamari, sushi pizza (yum), some pasta dishes which are really small so they don't fill you up, sushi, lots of maki rolls (philadelphia roll...yummer), and it was all very fresh and good quality. Service was great, friendly, attentive and made us feel comfortable. Definitely will be going back.

Had such an amazing dinner at this place to tonight! Excellent service! Beautiful atmosphere and we found it safe especially during the pandemic. High quality food. Their sashimi is super fresh! Highly recommend their escargot! Their soft Ice-cream is so smooth too. Lots of varieties for Japanese, Thai and Chinese food. One of our friend doesn't eat sushi but he still found a lot of choice for cooked food and enjoyed the dinner very much as well. This place has become our favorite AYCE place in Oakville and Mississauga! ☺️
As always food was very tasty, friendly staff. I wanted to say service was fast as well but unfortunately this time it was super slow, the place was crowded and I thought this was the reason as well what we hear that restaurants are under staffed, but the orders for the take-home and to go orders as well the delivery companies reps were going out so fast and continuously. I hope this will change next time.
OMG.... What a GREAT all you can eat restaurant. Food service and selection was amazing! Not like the other Spoon and Fork restaurants. This is a plus location because that is exactly what you get. Will definitely be coming back soon!
The ambiance, fresh delicious foods and the services were excellent, it's highly recommended but needs reservation, this place is very busy especially on the weekends.😊

The sushi and the variety is impeccable.
I’d go here for the sushi alone but they have more variety.
Noodles are a bit on the salty end so I wouldn’t go for those.
You also gotta order a lot and sometimes orders get lost so, you need to alert them yourselves and the waiters are too busy so sometimes things get lost in translation.
