At Gusto di Quattro, it’s all about delicious, homestyle, rustic, Italian food. Located by the Lonsdale Quay market in North Vancouver, Gusto di Quattro has been a favourite of locals since 2000 as well as a hit with tourists visiting the area.
My Dad and I have been eating here since it was Corsi Trattoria (late 1980's) and we stayed with them after they shuttered up for a few years to tour Italy. That tour paid off and Gusto remains a special place for my family when we desire good, upscale Italian food. I have yet to have a bad meal here and the service has always been excellent. How many places can you say that about after 25 years of dining?
We made a dinner reservation and I ordered the pesto which was unbelievably delicious, fresh and tasty. My partner had the spaghetti di quatro remix and it was the best spicy sea food pasta he's had in Vancouver. Although they were understaffed this evening, our server was wonderful and did a lovely job of making sure we were well taken care of. Totally recommend Gusto di Quattro and we will be back very soon for more.
Great!. Excellent service, wonderful wine list and the staff know what they are talking about. It isn't inexpensive, but found the prices in line with the experience.
Always great !!. Have now been a few times so can comment, always great service, never have to wait , wine list good but a little lacking in vintage but then so are most places in Vancouver. Food well done. Its a great place to unwind and the price is far from expensive.
Excellent! We so enjoyed our first dinner and we will definatly return! -T
Favourite of Favourites!. If there was a list of "Favourites of Favourites", Gusto di Quattro would be on mine. Lovely room, attentive (yet unobtrusive) service, first class dishes created with delicious, fresh ingredients. I absolutely loved it.
Excellent Italian food. Great food with only a couple of minor complaints. They were a bit slow serving the main course and they didn't offer ground pepper. Other than that the service was efficient and friendly. I would definitely return.
Always Good. The best Italian on the North Shore and one of my favourites in Vancouver. Very accommodating - always good. Spaghetti Quattro, Veal Scaloppini, fettuccini with Pesto and a great salad with goat cheese and grapefruit segments are my go to dishes.
Surprisingly good, excellant service, and great antipasto, yummy pasta, and delicious ricotta fritters!
A Taste.... The antipasto platter is always a great starter. Nik Lim, Executive Chef and David Owen are doing a fantastic job at Gusto, the menu with seasonal selections is a winner that makes your mouth water, service and wine selection fabulous. The classic Spaghetti Quattro is always a good bet.
The Best. Not your run of the mill Italian, Quattro was full of surprises. The pasta was amazing as was the service.
Amazing authentic Italian restaurant. The food was awesome, will be going back. The service and staff are great, friendly and personable. The ballet show and cruise ship coming into port was nice. It was a great view from our patio table.
We loved this restaurant! The food was delicious and the servers attentive. The focaccia was like a pillow, and the burrata platter awesome. Before and after photos below. The pasta was delightful and memorable. We loved the veal Marsala, tagliatelle con funghi, and the carbonara in particular. Highly recommend!
Welcoming staff and great food. A bit pricy for small portions of food but overall a very nice atmosphere and a good experience for the first time. Also the cocktail (Blushing peach) tasted like medicine but it was ok.
Simply amazing .... great service and Best Italian restaurants in Vancouver.. cant wait to be back and try their desert menu more ..
Went here once because I saw the $10 pasta special sign out front.
Couldn't believe the service and quality of food, not to mention the prompt service and fast kitchen response time. Nice small joint for party's up to 10 comfortably. Just back here now, I recommend the spaghetti Quattro!
The staff and service were so good. The main course was good however the appetizer was small portion compared to price. The place is cozy and nice too.
The food and ambience in incredible, quick service, and best of all, lots of focaccia!
