solid pub food. nothing that's going to cure cancer but everything that i've had from on the menu has left me happy. nice little setup................

Finally decided to use my gift certificate I won on a silent auction. Seems like a typical sports bar pool tables, darts. Drinks are OK but the food is very good. Had the chicken burger with brioche bun, very fresh bun & nice cooked breast. Also had double order of wings buffalo and salt & pepper. Both were great, I think you get a dozen each and if you want dip that's $0.75 extra. Gotta come back and try the rest of this menu

Every since the revamp of the menu and the owner change at the thirsty duck, service and food quality have sky rocketed and am happy to eat and drink here on any night of the week! I particularly liked the wings and the burger they served to me. The servers were nice and sweet and the selection of beer was nice! Would definitely come back now that they've got their stuff together!

25cent Wings Night a Success. I saw them coming from the other end of the bar and my eyes did not leave there targets until that basket was firmly placed in front of my person and I did not wait a fraction of as second before i was in their stuffing my face with succulent hot wings. From the first bite I was happy with the end product. I found the odd wing to be rather dry but the good helping of hot sauce was quick to have me forget. There were some shockingly large wings and even drumsticks mixed with a few small wings but over all the quality and size of wing was outstanding for such a great price.

Comments: I loved my wings to death; they reminded me of my early days of going out to the pub for wings back when they were 10cents a wing. There were a few dry wings here and there but the range of sizes easily made up for that with some wings being quite large. The service was a big black mark though with waits of 15-20 minutes to get any kind of service from the waitress. Now I wouldn't completely place all the blame or possibly not even half the blame on her but the manager/owner of the establishment as there was only two ladies on to manage the entire pub (all be it the pub was small but it was a busy night being cheap wings)

Comments: The wings were a good size but the BBQ sauce was too sweet for my liking, The pop was over watered down and tasted like root beer flavored water. Very cramped bar and horrible service.

Service: This was the major let down of the night and I really hope it isn't like this all of the time, but the wait in between visits with our waitress were just far to long in between one another and there were times we felt we were being flat out ignored. We can't really blame everything on the waitress though as they were being over worked on what seems would be one of their busiest nights of the week being 25cent wing night which any one who frequents any pub knows that cheap wing nights draw a crowd. The service didn't ruin my choice to come back though because in the end for me it comes down to the food and that is where I was the most satisfied and for that I will be back.
