Ordered 2 double burger combo, one with fries, one with onion rings. The fries are at best average but the onion rings are definitely worth the buck (and the calories)! Service is slow. Waited a long time to place the order and to get the food.

I mean it's the mall, but other than the people around it. I love their burgers and fries. (Though the root beer fell off)
Food was great. My Granddaughter was happy, so I was too.
It's A&W in a mall. Good service but food court atmosphere not my favorite.
Great service. Food hot and fresh. However they did forget the drinks with our combos and hand to be reminded... otherwise amazing experience.

I love how accommodating they are here, you can substitute or add on or change anything you'd like so you can get your food exactly the way you'd like it to be. And if they make a mistake they are always so happy to fix it for you. One of my absolute favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat. And it's much healthier than other fast food options!
I saw the girl at the front being ridiculed for the speed of their service (not her fault as she was the only one at the front) and she was very professional with how she took it and kept up taking orders and smiling for customers. Very friendly despite dealing with that and super professional. I was still served relatively quickly and with a smile
The one in Oyster Bay is top notch, -THE BEST. I usually go for a Mozza or Teen burger but lately I've been hitting the buddies with cheese and they're amazing. If you happen to catch the '56 buddy sale, GO FOR IT. They're yummy.

They're super friendly and efficient in there, too. I go back more often than I'd like to admit.
