Always have the most lovely experience at this Starbucks! It’s my go to location, and the staff are always so warm, friendly, and welcoming and uplift an atmosphere of inclusion ♥️
The staff never make me feel rushed or like I am an inconvenience, even when they are understaffed and likely being overwhelmed by a huge rush of customers.
I always feel like I’m chatting with friends when I chat with the amazing staff, and recognize and applaud the incredibly hard work they do, and with smiles on their faces (often the most draining work, being in the service industry)
I wasn't sure what I wanted today, so I asked to make it a surprise. I forgot the person's name, but they were so sweet. I told them to just go crazy with it as long as it was decaf, and they were so nice about it. If they read this review I want them to know that they're attitude made my day! Bonus, I got a drawing of a cat on my drink, and a strawberry saying "have a berry good day" on the other drink. Adorable.
Not many drive thru experiences make your day but boy oh boy, Todays conversation with Robyn over the intercom not only had me leaving with two quad espressos but also a pain in the lower abdominal area from the laughter (don't worry it was the good kind). Google only allowed me to put 5 stars but if we could we would go 10. Good Stuff Rock On will be returning
To the hawiian printed blue shirt, fluffy brown haired dude, that's working today at drive thru window at Country Club, that didn't want to even bend any party of his body, to hold the machine to pay out far enough or hand a drink out the window without me having to push my feet off my floor of my car to get it.......probs got offended by the barbie movie 🤣. I even said " dont hold anything out far enough so those with short arms cant reach it, while you have long enough arms", in a joking tone cuz HA as if his argoance will effect me today. Employer should "thank you next" on that employee. Happy Saturday lol
JUNE IS THE literal sweetest human being and if you lose them as an employee then you’ll lose me as a customer. JUNE DESERVES a raise and a promotion they are the absolute BEST. I can’t even explain how awesome June is.
Of all my recent visits lately to any Starbucks this was the fastest service I have received.
The location is very clean and I personally enjoy ones with lots of seating and room, this meets that criteria. Also, although the outdoor patio faces a busy road it has exceptional views of Mt Benson.
A solid 5 out of 5 for this location.
Too long of wait. Take your money and make you late for work. Leave 20 min wait time. Unless you pre order on app. Looks like 3 people ahead of you, ends up really being 12 people in front of you.
Baristas are the best that I see on the island between Duncan and Campbell River. This has become my go to for service. #1
Staff are friendly, it is likely because I go there every shift XD but hey, they make my coffee quite well most times! I would say its the most consistent with positive experiences!
The staff are amazing!! They work so hard. It's a busy time of year and they do everything to get the orders out! Great food and I love my vente oat milk lattes with 2 extra shots!! Country Club Starbuck's rocks!!
