Really liked the food. The outdoor area looks great, and is quiet being outside.
Great menu selection, and not too expensive really.
Our server forgot a spoon with the meal. And decided to shout a dessert to apologise. A great gesture something we didn't really mind.
The cinnamon bun cheesecake was
Flat beer Old, Old fryer oil made the fries burn on the outside and not cook on the inside as seen in photo (THESE SUPPOSED TO BE WHITE FRIES). Waitress was amazing however

Wing deal has doubled (49 Cents to $1). You only get 8 wings per pound regardless of size. They are mediocre at best which was fine at 49 cents per. Land lubber will be my go to spot now that everyone in Nanaimo has the same prices. We will not be returning!
Very disappointed. The food on the menu read well but the brussel sprouts were so overdone they were bitter. The Kona burger was not seasoned and had far too much overly sweet teriyaki sauce poured on it that you couldn't even taste the pineapple. The fries and caesar salad were fine. Won't get food
I've been coming to Original Joe's Nanaimo location for years now. This restaurant has never let me down, it's always been a pleasure to come here.

Patio service lovely and spacious with heaters. Great food. Dynamite Tempura Shrimp and West Coast Chop Salad so good!
