Really appreciated how they're the only bakery open early and late in the area. In all fairness, we only tried their Nanaimo bar in all of Nanaimo. It was delicious. We also tried a quiche and their coffee. Nothing much to say about the coffee, except it seemed to make us more sleepy. I loved the thick crust on the quiche. They had a lot of mousse cakes that I would've loved to try. Will definitely keep on my list to make another visit should I find myself in the area again. Service was fast. Prices very reasonable.

Visiting Nanaimo, we were looking for… you guessed it, drinks & nanaimo bars! This place has a great selection of Nanaimo bars (i.e. classic, original, cheesecake, etc). Check the hours before showing up because they have some wacky hours.

We visited from the main land and heard great things about Reds and we were not disappointed. Fantastic service and selection of desserts! We had the peanut butter chocolate cheesecake and it was delicious. The bakers definitely know what they are doing and will gladly let you have a taste before selecting. The cheesecakes themselves are quite generous in their serving and left us feeling stuffed. Not too sweet either!

Delicious dessert, lots to choose from. Variety of Nanaimo bars, cheesecake, subs, and more. Lovely staff. The Nanaimo bar is a bit too sweet for my liking but a must try nevertheless! Liked the Oreo cheesecake better

What the heck! I thought this was gonna be delicious and I was so sadly disappointed. I really wanted to give a great review after I ate my raspberry blackberry cheesecake but could not even eat most of it. Straight cream cheese on top of Graham cracker crust. I ate the crust which was yum but the top was like barely flavorful even thought there was some berry bits in it. It looked nice but tasted like I was eating plain cream cheese off a bagel. Could have been I got the unevenly not so mixed part of the toppings, at least that's what I'm hoping otherwise I feel this city's taste buds are seriously deprived to be giving 5 stars. Or maybe there's something to this couple the locals are generous with their ratings to. I gave two stars because the Baker and the cashier are nice.

Well, it was so delicious that I couldn't even get a photo of it before I finished it! We got a nanaimo bar and the raspberry blackberry cheesecake. So sweet and delicious, and the guys were so friendly!!

Tried this place for the first time today and purchased a Nanaimo Bar Cheesecake and it was incredibly delicious. At first I thought it would be really sweet, but it wasn't at all. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and the cheesecake part was so delicate and creamy. Best cheesecake I've had in ages.

Super nice staff! Their pork sausage rolls look similar to other commercial items … but so much better! They are super tasty with a subtle surprise spice as if to say “Gotcha, I’m no ordinary sausage roll!”
