It was a rainy day but the experience from this restaurant makes the day better. My girlfriend and I went to try Saigon Kitchen and unfortunately the parking lot is full but Mr.Ray(the owner) saved a spot for me using his bucket😅😂😂. Really appreciate the gesture. Everyone is kind and has genuine hospitality. Food is delicious and the serving is huge! 😁🤤 Highly recommend!! We will definitely be back here again. 🤩

Best authentic Pho in town.PERIOD. yummy food,reasonable price, excellent customer service, nice atmosphere.(Opinion from a person who would choose instant noodle over Vietnamese soup anywhere else in nanaimo)

I highly recommend this place to everyone if you would like to look for a good Vietnamese cuisine in town. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant which is also an opened kitchen is super clean and comfortable atmosphere. Also, the lady, who works at the front desk with big smile always, is extremely kind and helpful 😊😊

The service was fantastic. We are a family that mainly orders vegetarian food. We had the veg spring rolls, curry, crepe and chowmein. We also had one Pho (B1). It was all delicious highlights veg curry, spring rolls and Pho. Great prices and quantity is served from the heart. ** pics below were taken half way through our meal 🤦🏾‍♀️. I forgot and everyone else was very hungry :)

Best authentic pho I have had.... ever! Had pho dozens of time in Vancouver and surrounding areas but nothing compared to this. The broth was to die for, the noodles held the taste of the broth so dumping all the brown/red sauce on was meaningless. Had the 'House Special' to try all the various tripe & tendons, which were also very fresh. Staff was great and super friendly - felt like I was a regular despite it being my first time there. Am looking forward to bringing my family back again soon!

Best pho on the island with traditional broth made from scratch! Great curry too, and their staff/ ownership is super friendly and personable. Great all around experience and our new fav Vietnamese place.
