This is my new favorite place to come! The quality is top shelf, and the portions are more than generous. Add to that the reasonable prices and you've got me hooked! The staff are all excellent, very friendly and attentive, and they're more than accommodating for takeout orders. Nikko is definitely worth a trip all on its own, hands down the best sushi in Langley!

Incredible food, incredible service. Nikko Sushi has been my go to spot since I moved into the area. The first time I went there, they noticed they didn't recognize me and they've been treating my girlfriend and I like we're their biggest regulars ever since. Top to bottom awesome place to eat and awesome folks running it.

Great bang for your buck! Rolls are large and filling. Prices are pretty reasonable. Great for takeout! Ambiance is a bit off putting with all the photos, even on the ceiling, it’s a small restaurant so it feels a bit cluttered. Sushi is good though and that’s what matters!

Cuisine is absolutely delicious. Their food is fresh, made to order and have a wide variety of Sushi. Currently, they are doing curbside pickup and delivery. Best Sushi I have had in Manhattan, I truly enjoy the Specialty Sushi.

Great little place. With inside dining and to go. Food is reasonable priced and well portioned. The sushi and sashimi is fresh. They use real ginger not the pink stuff. Generous with Wasabi and very friendly. The salmon sashimi is wild and not farmed. They have regular rolls and a lot of specialty rolls. Would go back. Solid place.

ordered lots of sushi and almost ate it all myself. funnily, the waitress said it was a lot of food and got some spring rolls on the house. she checked on me every now and then to see how I was doing and told me I can ask for to go boxes whenever as well as giving me the bills when I was almost finished. But nevertheless it was some good sushi and it was worth the money.

Average sushi, nothing special; though I'm from Abbotsford and thus can't speak to how it compares to other local places. We were only a group of 6 plus a small child, but each time the waiter came to collect drink or food orders they would only get halfway around the group before assuming we were done ordering and thus leaving. My wife and I started with bland gyoza followed by three different rolls that all also were bland. We only attended to see family and would not return on our own.

Nikko is one of 3 sushi restaurants within a couple of blocks at Murrayville. Of the 3, it seems to have the most loyal local following as on my most recent visit, it was quite busy and everyone who came in seemed to know the staff and each other for that matter. For myself, I found it to be the least impressive of the 3, not too say it was bad. The decor is eclectic to say the least with the walls and ceilings plastered in photos of customers, mixed with some Japanese style decor. It was perfectly comfortable. On my first visit, I had a dinner box which started with the requisite Miso Soup and Sunomono salad. The box itself featured 4 pieces of Nigiri, BC Roll some Tempura, a Green Salad and a small Deep Fried Dumpling. Everything was tasty enough all though I was disappointed with the Nigiri as the rice seemed to be completely unseasoned. I mean I could not taste the vinegar at all and I can't say if that was their intention or a weird mistake. On a recent visit, I had the Oyako Don which was fine but not exciting. I did enjoy the Karage Chicken which turned out to be wings. They were not overly seasoned either but were tasty and crispy and came with a nice dipping sauce. Overall, not too exciting and it wouldn't be my go to if I lived close by with Ko's as a solid first choice. Their regulars certainly don't seem to enjoy them though.

Amazing sashimi and a nice warm atmosphere, I would definitely recommend this place to friends and return if I'm ever back visiting Langley. Definitely recommend the seaweed salad as an appetizer, it seemed like they flash froze it after preparing it as there was tiny ice crystals that just seemed to take it up a notch.

Quality sushi. They only use Sockeye Salmon and you'll never get farmed as they don't even have it! My favourite is the Salmon & Tuna Combo with a Miso and side of Gomae.

This place is a solid piece of average. I saw the reviews and thought it was similar to Maru sushi or Kimchi sushi. It was not. Just very simple. The food was not aesthetically pleasing, it was very simple and had a cafeteria feel to it. The food itself tasted average, i ate it with my wife and thought to my self, "well, it's not quite as good as Maru, but It's ok" and Maru is not a "high end" sushi place at all. But the chef was nice enough to serve us salmon fins.....compliments of the chef.....felt kinda like the had some food scraps and cooked them as a prank, my wife had to spit it out. Everything was edible.....but then the bill came. To our surprise Nikko's bill was shockingly high for what we served. If you want a great sushi place, this place is not for you, if you want good cheap eats, this place is not for you. Moral of the story, this place is not for you.

This is, bar none, the best sushi in Langley.

When I look down over reviews, I can't help but wonder which competitor has written them....but, be that as it may. I have eaten sushi all over Vancouver. This is it. The rice (hello, important ingredient!) is somehow fresher than other rices.

The fish and shellfish is always pristine -- as a fishermans daughter who fished in my time, I am highly sensitive to this. The fish is fresh. Not pulled from the line 5 seconds before, but.... to get that you have to breathe diesel fumes. Let no-one who hasn't tell me about fresh.

The service is friendly and familial. Even when life and time has kept me away I am greeted as someone known and missed. Especially in a difficult year (as this has been) this is important.

The miso soup is a light little thing. The seaweed salad is Korean style but that just happens to be my favourite. The tempura and the agedashi tofu are miracles of fast hot frying -- crisp outside, tender inside.

the boxes are boxes. What did you expect for ordering a box?

But everything that goes into them is good. Celebrate this. And come back often!!!

Oh ps. One of the things I have NEVER understood is the posturing of foodies who have never grasped the essential fact that freezing of tuna is mandated under federal law both Canadian and territorial US. guys, pull your weenies back in your pants. And write about what you eat. I could go on about your preferences, but that would be rude.

Not bad, fairly average service and food A few bonus points for clearing our plates timely. The yakisoba was a little dry and under flavored. The Santa Roll was interesting. It definitely was what it says it was. Overall not bad.

Great!. Good variety of sushi, sashimi and lunchbox deals - reasonably priced for the serving portions. Quick service times and friendly wait staff made for a pleasant experience. I will be returning :)

I highly recommend the "I Love It" Roll... it is aptly named and I find myself craving it all the time.

Overrated. I was a bit surprised with the product seeing all the positive reviews here. I found the fish wasn't very firm and the service wasn't great. I could tell this place has a number of regulars which I found a bit surprising.

Bleh!. What's with all the positive reviews? I had high hopes for this place and it was such a let down.

We stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday evening. We ordered dinner box A (I think) and an appetizer sashimi to share. When the sashimi arrived, the pieces were small but that's okay. This isn't Vancovuer. But the tuna? FROZEN! It makes me really angry when this happens - there's no excuse! Why is the sashimi frozen in the first place? And if they must freeze it, how about properly thawing it before serving it? Yuck! The salmon wasn't frozen but it was mushy and did not taste very fresh.

The box was fine, I suppose. I didn't really try any (I ate some bean sprouts) but the person who did didn't seem all that impressed. It was small for the price and not that great.

Miso was good, I suppose.

The service sucked. We never got our tea refilled and they never checked to see how everything was. We weren't even given a chance to send the sashimi back. Maybe that's why they didn't check on us.

No thank you. Never again!!!

I would drive from anywhere to go see Bob at Nikko. I go there everytime I am back in town from up north. Prices are good, food is incredible!! Sometimes it is really busy which does slow down service, but it is well worth the wait! Highly recommend it!!

One of the best!. One of my favourite sushi stops in the entire Vancouver area. I've never been disappointed by the food or staff and look forward to every visit.

I've been having lunch at nikko's every Friday for a few years now and it is the best sushi around, always fresh and the service always good. You might even get your picture on the wall with all of Bob's regulars.

Spicy Maki. I eat at Nikko weekly: they have the best spicy maki, and Hawaiian red tuna nigiri!
