I found molasses syrup there which I needed to make my fattoush salad dressing. I couldn't have been happier! Also their homemade hummus is very fresh and tasty.

Nice store for imported products (Iranian mainly). Large varieties. Lot of tea products, spices and dates. Should be careful with prices though. Display prices for goods on sale that are higher or similar to the regular prices sometimes. Also, some other times displays prices lower than what you will actually be charged at cash. There is a section for fruits and vegetables. And another one for meats. If this review was helpful please don't forget to like it. Thank you.

Delicious koobideh at a very good price. I order it every time i go there but unfortunately i cannot go there a lot because they close at 4. They should open from 9 to 5pm instead of 8 to 4pm

I've been looking for the best price of Ghee (purified butter) for my keto diet. And I found lowest prices and a great srlection here. Great selection of oils too.

Overall it is a nice store, from Mediterranean , Asian and middle eastern groceries, but I have a remark to make. it is about the meat section every time I go there the employees try to rush me while i am trying to chose my order ( the meat), and when I take my time the one employee who is trying to serve me leave with an attitude and ask the other employee to finish helping me. it happened like three times, and I am uncomfortable when they do that, every time I go there I want to buy a lot of things but because they have the attitude, i buy just few things and leave. ( they argue when you ask them a question, they get angry easily for nothing and they show it ) it is unfortunate. I would really appreciate if they consider reading my review and act professionally in the future.

If you are looking for a beautiful store with imported products from Iran, this store is for you!!! You will find a large variety of tea, spices, rice, nuts and dry fruits including dates. Most of the time prices are good but you should be cautious of sales. Sometimes prices are higher than the regular prices. You will find a section for fruits, vegetables, meat, cheese and yogurts, dry herbs and dry fruits. Please note that this store offers catering and restaurant service. You will have great persian food including kababs (joojeh, koobideh, barg etc.) grilled on charcoal and this is delicious at fair price. This place is a Gem in West Island. You also have a succursale in Montréal near metro Vendome. Staff is very welcoming and nice. I highly recommend this store!!! Go try it and let me know your thoughts!!!

For the first time I went to Marché Akhavan on Pierrefonds Blvd. I was looking to buy steak. I was surprised that they did not have an aisle where the meat is like in most grocery stores. They have a butcher counter with all the meat in there. The man behind the counter was so friendly! I wanted french cut steak, but they had run out. So I told him to just pick something and surprise me. He got me 2 beautiful fresh striplon steaks. And Was just under $13 for the 2. I wish I knew his name so that I could compliment him to the owners!

Went there with no expectations. I was supremely surprised, nice choices of products. If you are hungry you can eat a kabob or even the Arh soup, thick and delicious.
