Great pub! Always reliable for a pint and a meal (or a snack: sweet potato fries are excellent fuel after a day running errands). They also make a killer cosmo according to my friend on our visit today!
I wanted to leave a review particularly because of how lovely our server was this afternoon - so friendly, attentive and helpful. I love coming into Ye Olde Orchard for this reason: the staff are always top notch.
A wonderful neighborhood pub with a very friendly atmosphere, great food and the best calamari in town. The back room is perfect for large groups.
Met with friends at 6 for a drink. After a wonderful meal and adult beverages, a couple hours turned to 6. Great company and the service and atmosphere next to none!! 5 star all the way!! See you soon!!!😃😃
Friendly service - even on the busiest weekend of the year! I truly appreciated learning of the kids' menu too. Will definitely come back soon.
Great food, great pints, amazing staff....five stars
One of the best establishments in Montreal. Will please anyone looking for that authentic British pub experience
only ate there once , food was good and the staff was very friendly. I will go back when I am in Montreal again
So good to be back. Local haunt of mine. Great service and love the additional room!
very cozy and everyone friendly, small town atmosphere
Good neighbourhood pub.
I don't go here much in summer but definitely a cozy place to have a drink and a bite in winter.
Great service. Food is good. Nice scotch selection.
Lots of regulars here.
I've tried this place with a friend not so long ago. The food was great and somewhat of a variety but can't complain. The service was good too.
Really nice ambiance, amazing food, relatively big beer collection. If you are there for the alcohol, I would recommend the sider that they have... I went there for breakfast, and left with a full stomach! Really good service, and great price-quality value! I didn't like their sausages, but don't worry since my friend devoured them for me...
Great service at the bar, had the Olde Orchard Burger which was very good. Fries a bit droopy. Great place to watch the Habs game
Warm inviting old world pub. This is with out a doubt one of my favorit places to have a drink in montreal, the bar staff are all friendly and competent. They have a very decent selection of single malts, and the food, the decore, and the atmosphere are all unpretentious. i have had most of the menu and let me tell you this no haute cuisine, its old world pub grub (with some sri lankan specialties, that might seem out of place except that both in this kitchen and the ones in europe there are a lot of guys from that part of the world working the line) and the food is excellent for what it is.
A great pub. Obviously loud and crowded on game nights; I prefer to sit in the back. My favourites are their sweet potato fries and French onion soup!
Good place. Cozy , dark with good food , excellent selection of beers and good deserts
love going back
Cozy atmosphere, some of the best chicken wings in the city and a pretty decent beer menu. They have good live music now and then and it's the best place in the neighborhood to catch a habs game.
A great ambiance, nice place to have a drink, the chicken penne is good. A bit insulted that the interact machine promts the user to tip 17% rather than the standard 15%... Service was Ok not amazing.
Cozy place to grab a pint. Friendly service. Food more than good enough. Menu available at yooaps.blogspot.com.
Great place to hang out. Tiny and charming. Felt like I was back in the U.K.
I've been coming to this pub for breakfast for years now. I gotta say though, I was skeptical the very first time I had brunch here. Pesto in scrambled eggs? Really? It's not the most intuitive of combinations, but hey, I'll try anything (non-illegal, non-lethal, non-self-maiming, non-[INSERT HARMFUL CONCEPT HERE]) once. As it turns out, my doubts were unfounded. Green eggs and ham are pretty damn great. There's enough pesto not just to dye the eggs, but to legitimately leave its flavor stamp as well. The green eggs are one reason why I keep coming back. That said, it sure doesn't look that appetizing though. Look past the presentation though, and you will be well-rewarded:

This burger has the distinction of being the first one to include jalapeno peppers. Usually, I try to avoid the spice, but I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea. The heat generated by the peppers was not overwhelming at all.
