This restaurant has been my go-to place every time I work in the area. The food is fresh, the service is amazing, and it’s the only place where I can eat and feel full but not bloated. Highly recommend this place to anyone who cares about what they eat. Everything is quality and made FRESH!

An excellent family run restaurant in the Palais de Congrès in Montreal.
In life, it's next to impossible to get fast, cheap and good. This restaurant delivers on all 3 points.
The food was ready in seconds. You can have a hot meal for less than $15 (made with REAL healthy ingredients by their in-house chefs). The food is so good it will have you coming back for more...and don't forget to bring your friends!

The food was super fresh and delicious! Turkey sandwich on pain with 2 salads and a drink, very reasonably priced. And can I say again delicious :) The service and staff are very warm and friendly. I will definitely come back :D
Food was great. We had cream of spinach omg yum. The chicken sandwich with hot sauce yikes good and spicy! Owner and son were so helpful and extremely pleasant. Would definitely tell you to eat here before other places!

Great food, reminds me of home cooked meals with fresh ingredients, you see all colours and tastes many flavours from great salads to hot entrees. The owner is warm and welcoming and takes real pleasure in feeding his clients. Check it out if you are in the area.
I was there in last September 14-17, in the International Meeting about Health and I visited the restaurant. Thank you so much to customme service and delicious food which remembered my country, Brazil, for the name, ingredients and hospitality.
