Came to Sparrow for brunch and had a great time. The banh mi was delicious and very filling. The bread is not as chewy (most soft) as your traditional banh mi but I didn’t mind it. The shakshouka could have been a bit warmer when it was served and I think would have been better with a bit of spiciness. The cheese addition was a bit too much but the dish was still tasty overall.

I’ve been to Sparrow for brunch and I remember really enjoying it (Lavender latte,,,😍) but my experience for dinner was rather lackluster.
I got the Halloumi Schnitzel and a side of fries. It was not as appetizing as I expected, seemed like something was lacking from the dish (perhaps the batter?) and the fries were really stale,, I’m hoping that my experience next time will be better, but not likely to go again for dinner.

We tried the banh mi and french toast, sooo good! Banh mi was so flavorful (the sauce in it wow!). French toast was so good too(had it with some extra maple syrup). Got extra roasted potatoes and bacon, fresh orange juice n latte. They have a nice patio seating outside and wait time was just 5min. Service was quick and the staff so sweet n kind. Definitely recommended.

Delicious aperol spritz. Switched eggplant for the fried egg in the za’tar sandwich and it was excellent. Sat outside on a beautiful day - would recommend!

Warm and cozy atmosphere, excellent cocktails and delicious oysters and food. Serving sizes are a bit small, but it seems like one of those places you go to enjoy the flavour more than to leave completely full - which I was completely satisfied with. Lovely service. Makes you want to stay for more.

Had the banh mi for brunch. It was really great. Peach bellini was also quite good. Great staff. Food was quick to arrive (quicker than our cold brew even). Highly recommend for brunch!

This is our second time at Sparrow, this time for Brunch. I would highly recommend the Bánh mì regardless of shether it's brunch or dinner. It's so yummy! And definitely add the pork belly.
Partner had the Naan BLT and wasn't impressed with it as something to go out and pay for.

The wait to be seated was as long as I expected, however the wait for them to make my breakfast sandwich was 40 mins!! Absolutely ridiculous. I really wasn't impressed by the food considering the price that I had to pay for it, nor by the mimosa, however my waitress was really wonderful and went out of her way to change my order when they had already brought it to me and I realized that I didn't order the right thing. I've been wanting to go to this place for 4 years now, and I'm always seeing amazing pictures of the food, but really it wasn't at all what I expected.

This place was fantastic, some unique offerings, like the cardamom latte and carrot, beet, orange juice that I had. Food-wise I had the bahn-mi sandwich which was to die for. highly recommended.

Great brunch in Montreal! Warm and welcoming environment for our family of five. There was something for everyone. The fresh juices are really good, and the cardamom latte was really tasty. I loved the house smoked trout, while my kids enjoyed the sage eggs with bacon, and the buckwheat pancakes. My husband loved the Moroccan eggs.

Great place and great food, but the service was a huge disappointment. Our waitress forgot our coffee order, our mimosas and a part of the food order. Very unorganized, and careless service.

J'ai toujours aimé le Sparrow pour avoir été une cliente régulière pendant longtemps, mais le service a vraiment changé. Je ne me suis jamais sentie autant pas la bienvenue dans un resto. Assiettes arrivées quelques minutes après avoir commandé, enlevées dès la dernière bouchée prise et la facture réglée avant même d'avoir pu finir nos cafés. La dernière gorgé de café prise qu'on nous dit franchement que si on ne recommande pas quelque chose qu'on doit quitter pcq y'a un line-up et se le faire répéter par une autre serveuse 2 minutes après. Donc un brunch de retrouvailles avec un ami qui n'a pu durer que 45 minutes. Un "fast food" brunch qui coûte cher disons!

The food was absolutely amazing. Portions, taste and combination. Unfortunately, I won't go back since I had to get up to ask for a coffee and when the waitress came to the table she didn't ask any of my 3 friends if anybody else wanted a coffee...I had to stand up AGAIN so she could bring coffee for my friend....
Huge disappointment on the service. Fakes smiles and no care. We were rushed to leave once we were done.

J'y suis allée quelques fois au tout début et c'était très bien. Par la suite les choses ont changé et la qualité d service aussi. C vraiment le fun d'aller dans un restaurant qu'on aime mais si ils ne sont pas capables de fidéliser leur clientèle...
