Ideal for gifts(for yourself or others). Savoury and sweet treats, as well as prepared meals, teas, and flowers. It's a little out of the way, but worth the trip.
The entire place is great. Prices aren't too crazy, and you can taste the quality.
Lots of grab and go options with free seating, and resto style options.
The food counter all the way at the back is the best IMO. Plates to go of veggies and meat (rotating daily). Else, right next to it there's a counter with a bunch of precooked options (fish, meats veggies, pies, so many things) you can grab and reheat at home/work.
Recommended.
So this place is really beautiful with lots of cool dining and gift options. But it is really expensive (e.g., ten bucks for a Stella Artois beer and six bucks for a special soda drink). But the staff were helpful and the selection of items was pretty good from fresh flowers and pastas to chocolates and jams. There is even fresh organic produce and a seafood bar if that's you're thing. And there is a selection of aged meats on display for purchase. I didn't eat at Artisan's but the food options looked good.
Wow! What a gem. I got off the train in downtown Montreal and stumbled into this place after going into the Queen Elizabeth hotel to sit down and make a phone call someplace quiet. I had chicken and roast vegetables, but I could easily have had any of 20 other freshly made dishes at any of the five main sections of this gastronomical fair. The food was seasoned and cooked perfectly, fitting with the high-class and perfectly executed decor of the hotel. Staff was super friendly despite my broken French (they also spoke English) and I bought a gift for my wife on my way out. Reasonably priced for the quality.
Adorable place. It has only been open one week. Very nice line of products. From very very fresh vegetables to good quality meat. They have bakery products, raw bar, sandwich and cheese counter. Rotisserie chicken. They have a fun selection of gift idea items. A wonderful sweet counter as well. Nice atmosphere and friendly happy staff. A must try.
The pizza there is very good. There are also some very good Italian products like the hot sauces. The pastry shop has one of my favourite kings cake in Montreal. It is made with almond and pistachio frangipane.
I went on the last day of their summer brunch. Choices were very limited but quality was excellent. Everything tasted yummy and fresh. The staffs were also very kind. If you want quality, this is your place.
Cute place with different counters of food. They also sell some accessories, books, etc. It is in the Fairmont Elizabeth hotel which is a good location for people who work around that area. We tried their crepes and ice cream which were to die for. However, the overall prices were pretty high but that’s expected for the location. Paying for convenience!
