Best culinary experience in Montreal! Blind tasting menu imaginative, fresh, delicious and healthy!. The staff can't better and more accommodating. We enjoyed one of our best nights in a restaurant. A very well done to the chef and team!

Excellent place. Just the pure joy of eating food that tastes so good. Each bite is an explosion of flavor, some bold, some delicates, but always with a lot of flavor and texture. This restaurant is amazing. The food is very good and tasty. We really liked the differents textures in the meal and the diversity of the 7 services. The service was also very good. The only negative point is that it took 3h30 to serve every meals. I would recommend you to either have a lot of time

Pastel is a great name for this place. The dishes are subtle and refined, with nasal flavor rather than thick and deep. It's a really aerial experience. Service was absolutely great and wine pairing was a blast. Absolutely recommanded. Well done the chef and its team.
