We were 4 and came here to have dinner on St-Jean. Couldn't sit outside because it was full(which is understandable given that it was almost 30 degrees and sunny). The prices were decent given the location but the burger and sausage were not wow. The poutine was amazing though. Overall it's good to have a drink and appetizers but I wouldn't recommend the burger. The service and atmosphere was good too.

The site was crowded, which is good. However, the service was sooo slow. We waited 30 minutes for our food. My friend ordered a Diet Coke, and it took an additional 30 minutes.
The food was good though, and the restaurant has a great ambiance and a friendly staff.
I would come here again, if it is less crowded.

One of my favorite place to drink beers 🍻 with my friends ❤️. One can enjoy 😉 different others drink 🍸 and food's too. Among the fries I loved 😍 sweet potato fries 🍟. Beer 🍺, I always loved to have labline beers 🍻 which give unique 😋 taste. For those who loved 😍 to have local brew beers I recommend to visit any of the "3 Brasseurs" microbrewery restaurants in the town 😀.

Loved coming here when I was a student, and now finally got to come back!
The highlight of the menu is their flammekeuches, a sort of large flatbread. You can have it topped with plenty of different ingredients, from pepperoni to goat cheese. At some point, they also had one with poutine on top, but I don't know if that is always offered.
The poutine itself with maxi fries is delicious!
Despite being a brewery and very beer-centric, they have great cocktail options, including several non-alcoholic cocktails.
Several locations across Montreal and beyond, and all that I have visited have similar quality.
The Anamex
Dry food. Food was all really dry, presumably to get you to buy their beer. The place is crowded with tables that are too small and bunched together. They play music but it's completely crowded out buy everyone around you.
Beer was good and service was good.

Selected this place for a casual dinner for a group of 12. The pub was very accommodating. A surprisingly large and varied menu, something for everybody. I'm told the beer was good; I'm a wine drinker (the wine list was pretty good too.) All in all it was a fun evening.

Was seated quickly, however I had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come over and take my drink order. Not the best when on a quick lunch break, finally put in food order and 40 minutes later I get my food. Fish and chips, however one of the fish was actually sushi in batter as it was raw on the inside...��� They took it off my bill which was nice if them. Overall, outside patio was nice, great weather but probably would not go again I'll try something else next time. Sorry.

It's my go to place when I head in for a show or a game. The beer is so good, I really like the tester that they offer. The food is very good, a great place to start or end the night. The staff are great!

The worst onion soup I have ever had in my life! Stale bread with a little cheese on top. No flavor. Basically not water with onions. I didn't even finish it. Server didn't even ask how it was. Fryer oil needed to be changed. Calamari wasn't good either. The only thing good about our trip was the sangria. I would say just go for drinks only don't bother with food. A fly wouldn't even land on this food it was that bad.

Limited food menu - especially healthier choices. I ordered chicken avacado sandwich and the chicken was very skimpy. The night I was there they were out of numerous premium beers. Guy next to me ordered fish and chips and they were out of that too. The beer is good and reasonably priced given the location though.

Steak Frites arrived cold. The meat had absolutely no seasoning. I had to put salt and ketchup on it just to eat it. Only good thing was the beer but $38.00 for a good beer is a bit much....

Went two nights in a row visiting from Toronto for my 50th. First was spectacular both the service and food. Was excited to go back. Last night horrible service and watched our waitress upstairs duck in the back and make out with the dishwasher.... Guess that's why our food was cold and soggy. Kinda gross while serving.

Le service n'est pas toujours "optimum" mais dans l'ensemble c'est très correct.
