Bon, j'avais de grandes attentes, car mon amie adore ce restaurant. J'en ai profité pour l'essayer dans le cadre de Mtl à Table. J'ai été surprise par le service super friendly. L'exécution des plats étaient inégales, dont une simple salade verte noyée dans l'huile d'olive. Par contre, ce qui a sauvé la soirée fut l'incroyable plat de gnocchi fait par Fabrizia Rollo à la crème d'ail, épinard et mozzarella. Omg, un des meilleurs gnocchi que j'ai jamais mangé. J'ai tellement hâte d'aller essayer le comptoir Fabrizia. Bref, je retournerais au Kitchen Galerie juste pour ce plat de pâtes.
Nous nous sommes régalés au Kitchen Galerie. Le service est sympathique peut-être pas haut de gamme mais on apprécie que ce soit directement les chefs qui nous servent. Tout ce qu'on a mange était délicieux particulièrement le bœuf! La seule chose est que j'ai été malade pendant la nuit mais je ne sais pas a quoi attribuer cette réaction (trop de bouffe, trop gras ou réaction a un aliment..?) Malgré ceci, je recommande le resto.

The Chefs are Talented!!!. This was one of the best dinner experiences ever! The chefs are so patient and kind, we couldn't understand the French menu so one of them sat down with us to translate every item and gave his personal recommendations. The food took a bit longer to come out, because there were a few big parties happening at the same time, but it was 100% worth the wait.
We shared apps, the first foie gras dish with raisin and red wine reduction blew out minds!! It was the perfect blend of saltiness and sweet with the creaminess that's unique to the dish. The main we had were special to the day... forgive me for forgetting the actual names, but they were duck and braised beef shoulder. To top it off in the end, the Chefs offered us desert special, a plate of all their three choices of the day! The Crème Brûlée was chilled just right with a thick caramel topping that broke off in chunks and tasted like heaven... :)
I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Montreal, and can't wait to try out their menu again!
A great experience. Everthing I told my friends after having my first dinner at Kitchen Galerie was: Just go and reserve a table at the bar near the chef.
I did not want to tell too much for them to get their own experience about this restaurant. Mine was awesome!
Being at the bar was not my first choice as there was no rooms left but this happened to be the best seats ever! At the bar in front of the chef! It is so small that you can see them preparing your meals. More than a dinner it is a show!
The quality of the foie gras was excellent and the way of cooking it.... no words! Just yummy!

Always new, always good. The restaurant serves a typical Montreal french/modern cuisine. The dishes are creative and always fresh. The menu changes all the time. I love this restaurant, but it's small, so please don't tell too many people about it!
I live in the neighbourhood of KG. I have eaten there more than 10 times in the last year. All my guests and myself never had a bad meal. Food as always been fresh from the Market. That's what I would describe the food as, market. For aroind 35$, you get an amuse-bouche, appetizer, maim dish and a dessert. The desserts are usually basics. The place is small, similar to a french bistro. On my top 5 in Montreal.
Très beau menu mais les plats sont trop copieux. Je recommande la côte de boeuf pour trois gros mangeur. Les entrées et desserts étaient simples mais bons. Je trouve que la musique et le decors pourraient être améliores.

They offered the Valentine's menu for $50 but both couple had to take it. We decided to pick things off the menu instead. No regrets! Everything was yummy and the playlist they had was dope. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Also would suggest to make reservations.
For the foie gras lovers, its a must to try their oyster foie gras and their steak foie gras. Food just in general is amazing. Waiters are patient and knowledgeable.
It was my first time here, but the friendly staff made me feel as if I was a regular. The atmosphere is fun and lively, especially sitting at the bar, where you can see the line chefs work.

Went there for Mtl à la table. delicious food. staff was super friendly. The gnocchi just melt in your mouth. The pork was amazing. great desserts and selection of beer. Overall great experience, it's a super cozy place.
