Weird but I am sure I posted a review but for some reason I do not see it! Since this place ambiance, staff and friendly not over the top but with a very nice welcoming feeling. All the staff were very helpful and help us make so smart choices for food and wine! Worth every penny spent. Should of tried sooner! Must go. Even if you are a steak lover you will find something that surely will please your tastebuds.

I have heard that Moishes is the No.1 steak house in Montreal. I tried it on my birthday. The waiters are all dress up. And the decoration is really nice. I love the bread with the cute butter😜 And the lamb chops taste amazing. The only thing is after 8pm it's a little bit noise in the restaurant😰

Top notch restaurant with excellent food and service. We all got different steaks and loved them all. The price is definitely reflective of the quality here. I also had the steak tartare which was absolutely delicious. 4 people without alcohol was 400$ if you want an idea.

Food is great. Not the best steak I had for sure, but for the price this is better than the keg for sure. I have been twice and ordered from the after 9 menu. Steak & frites and the burger are amazing! I rarely order a burger from a steakhouse but went with it this time. The veal bacon on top was crazy good! Their monte carlo potato is a must as well (extra $5). For the appetizer i tried them all, and my favourite is the liver and the Caesar salad. Salmon tartar was ok but I have had better. Service is great and welcoming.

Food was really good! But extremely fatty. Everything from the steak to spinach were covered in butter. But it was still good. Follow your gut and not what they waiter says. Otherwise it’s a. Epic place, worth the visit and a try!

A1 service alot of people even at 11pm I would suggest u called to make sure there is some place There is the after 9 +wine special were u get alot of choice for 29$ like the steak frite a rib steak or the moishes burger and also the entry is included like tartare the saumon tartar the Boeuf or Cesar salad The fries were ok the steak was on point it fill u up really quickly has a big fella I was surprise I couldnt eve finish the fries. But overall great experience would do it again

Great restaurant in the Plateau. Famous for their steaks and ribs. Decor is class and "ancient". Feel like eating in a 18th century castle. Staffs are nice and motivated. Services are fast. Food is great. I ordered a filet mignon, raw. And it came exactly as I wanted. Different sorts of bread are offered. The pickles are tasty. Salad is good. Nothing to complain. I will recommend this restaurant to my friends.

I had the filet mignon from the Sunday special menu. The filet mignon on the special is smaller - 8 oz - than on the main menu. The meat was outstanding and prepared perfectly. The side were okay, not as good as in Morton's steakhouse. I liked the Cole slaw. Cole slaw and pickles come with every dinner. The chocolate cake was good, sorbet not do much.
