Delicious. Amazing pairing menus. Exquisite food and presentation. Slow service but it allows you to enjoy your time and the many servings. Very expensive.

Incredible gastronomic experience with Chef Martin Gagne and his 6 course First Nations inspired menu and wine pairing. (Bread a bit too rustic/hard crust). Student service was impeccable. Space is elegant and spacious. Our first time at ITHQ but certainly not our last. Montreal's best kept secret.

Most dishes are raw meat and they don't give you warning. Horrible taste. Wine was good and service was really good (only reason i didn't give one star). Super expensive. Two people and end up paying $375 and still was hungry when we left. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU LIKE RAW FOOD.

My partner and I often enjoy tasting menus, this restaurant offered an amazing experience. The food was amazing, service was out of this world and our overall experience was exceptional. I will be going back for sure!

A very nice restaurant to go on a date or a business luncheon. They change the menu every so often. The food was creatively delicious. All the ingredients blended so well together. We had two appetizer, two main dishes, two desserts and wine. It all came down to less than $100. The pasta was well

Reservation made online was painless. They have a 3 course tasting menu for 39$ Tuesday and Wednesday and a 5 course tasting menu 59$ Thursday to Saturday. The tasting menu changes every day possibly, depending on what's in season, the waiter tells you what is on the menu, it's not written anywhere

It's exciting to see students in a learning process. I think this is such a cool opportunity. There was some troubles both in services and cuisine which I expected but at some point it was getting a bit much. Negatives: From the start there was no one at the coat locker, I waited a while too. Our wa
