We came here before and after Pandemic, quality of food and service did not change. Every single dish execute super well, solid and well balance flavour. Waiter and waitress explain the dishes and the wine pairing was surprising in a good way. Portion smaller than before but still acceptable. Keep up the good work, and see you again soon.

This is our first night in Montreal and was welcomed with their amazingly delicious food. Everything from the service, the food presentation, and the taste were all perfect (as the locals like to say.) Our family almost ordered everything from the menu and all were executed to perfection. I’d recommend to all my friends and would love to come back for more.

We had the 8 course tasting menu and it blew our minds! The crab and the octopus were the best as they were loaded with flavours! Service was top notch as well. For sure coming back next time we’re here in Montreal!

The restaurant is very chic, he has like a bar also in it. We passed by at noon, they have a table d’hôte menu 4 service at 50$ and a regular menu. Their plates are fancy, well flavoured, decorated and the portions are small, its like a Fusion cuisine. The service is very fast, great, nice people! If you want try something different, high end go there!

This was one of the best dining experience we've ever had. We were lucky to get an 8:45 reservation and the table was available to us immediately when we arrived. Two of us ordered a five course tasting menu plus a full size grilled octopus and scallop dish and some wines. The server was very nice to walk us through what and how to order and arrange how the dishes should be served, given that we didn't each order a tasting menu. We love the uniqueness of each dish and the different components they have included in each dish. The ingredients are all so fresh and the presentation was extraordinary and vibrant. Our favorite dish was the grilled octopus, the texture of the octopus is something we've not experienced, very tender with some crunches on the outside. They were very good at the pace as well, the right amount of time between each dish and everything was served hot! Would recommend this restaurant for a fine dining experience, worth it!

Absolutely exceptional and one of the best lunch table d'hote values you will find anywhere in the world! Folks, this restaurant would 100% have a Michelin star if Michelin came to Montreal, and their lunch 3 course prix fixe menu is ONLY 50 CAD (and that includes choices between 2 options of appetizers and mains). It does not get much better than this, and even in other countries where similar lower price prix fixe Michelin lunch menus exist (England, France), this is amongst the best in terms of quality and taste. Just look at some of my pics to see carefully and artistically crafted dishes, amazing cooking skill (the chicken and quail were so SO tender), and tastes that you will remember for a longgg time (the texture of the yogurt custard dessert - never had anything quite like it - AMAZING). I won't do my usual course reviews, as the menu changes every day so my course comments wouldn't be very helpful, but just know that not a single dish was lacking and 2-3 dishes were completely divine. If I lived in Montreal, I would dine her for lunch every week (seriously)!

the 8 cours tasting menu is fantastic. all perfectly cooked and beautifuly presented. love the combination of flavors in every plate, you can taste that everthing component is prepared with care, and compliment each other really well. service is great and the price i think is fair too. a excellent experience overall.

The experience here was truly exceptional and one of the best food experiences we have ever had. For starters, all the servers and staff were professional, charismatic and exceptional knowledgeable on all the dishes. The food was absolutely sensational. We got the 8 course taster menu and each course was offered both a unique combination and an explosion of flavor. The octopus and the white chocolate corn dessert were our personal favorites. The drinks were also great. Overall, I cannot recommend bouillon bilk highly enough!
