Food was VERY DELICIOUS and atmosphere & piano playing was a wonderful touch! My family doesn’t go to polish restaurants as we’re picky of how it’s cooked. Myself being polish & cooking polish dishes. The food was just delicious & cooked with real love! So much so that we came back two days later for brunch :) Would highly recommend to everyone & don’t be afraid of trying something new. Very friendly & wonderful staff! Dziękujemy i przyjedziemy jeszcze raz!
I’ve never been to a Polish restaurant and haven’t even had Polish food since I was a kid. I’m glad we stumbled across this place because the food was delicious! I had the golabki (stuffed cabbage rolls) and the waiter confirmed my pronunciation, as it sounds nothing but it looks. It was great. Just like I remember it from my childhood. Babci (grandma) would be proud!
As a Polish Canadian, I had high expectations coming in here. This place definitely exceeded those! Such great food, warm atmosphere, an incredible piano player and amazing staff! I'm definitely going back the next time I'm in town!
The pierogis are nothing short of incredible. I hope I have the opportunity to eat here again in my life. My server was also very sweet and kind.
I cannot day enough positive things about Stash Cafe. My mother’s side of the family is Polish & as much as I love their authentic pierogi recipes, there’s just no comparison to the delicious potato & cheese and cabbage & mushroom pierogi served here. Oh & do be sure to try their Polish mimosa too! It’s soooo good!
Great food! Great ambiance & charm!
Great place!
I've enjoyed Stash for over 25 years and it's been always amazing. Our #1 date night spot. By far the best perogies ever.
This place was excellent! Loved the cozy atmosphere, delicious authentic polish food, and reasonable prices. We will definitely go back!
The food at Stash Café is amazing. They serve the best pierogi and latkes!!
Fantastic food hearty portions nice and cozy service was better than most of the old ports other restaurants and the vodka selection is amazing and kept in the freezer, top notch !
Is my favorite restaurant at old port Montreal. The good is excellent, very tasty and good prices! Is just just delicious!! Wonderful atmosphere live piano music!! Stash is so good
Great Polish food and one of the best cappuccino in town.
Camille and Staff: Very efficient and friendly too.
Food: EXCELLENT Polish fare!
Ambiance: Warm and comfortable feeling and Nick playing piano!
We LOVE this place!!
Delicious food in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Absolutely lovely Polish food, just like my grandma would make, truly authentic. The portions are also surprisingly filling.
Service was decent, though they seemed to be understaffed and the waiter was clearly stressed. Lovely ambiance with live piano music, only complaint was the benches became rather uncomfortable after a while and we kept sliding off them.
Came here for brunch and really enjoyed it! It was nice to have something a little different for breakfast, and it’s always important for a polish place to have good kielbasa and pickles and they did. The atmosphere is great and the layout and design of the inside is really pretty. Will definitely be coming back here for supper or lunch in the future
Great brunch spot, they only have 3 brunch items on the menu: breakfast with sausage, with mushroom, and sweet crepe. We had the eggs with Polish sausage and the sweet one and they were both delicious. We also had the pierogis and they were really good.
I came here for my birthday amd honestly best birthday supper. From start to finish the food was incredible! I hade Le Menu due Debutant which consists of:
Bigos
4 perogies (2 meat and 2 potato and cheese)
1 plaki
And 1 krokiet
The entre of chouce was the barszcz (beet consome)
And I had the Nalesnik. Which is a crispy crepe with a sweet cheese.
If im correct I had a Tola? I forgot the name saddly but it is gin, raspberry orange juice and I think cranberry juice as well. Mix before drinking to get all the flavours together.
The pianist tonight was an absolute delight! Amd the staff were kind and wonderful.
I definitly recommend both the food amd the ambiance. Delicious!
Overall, good and a place worthy of going to try out! Food was tasty and well portioned, ambiance was 11/10. Dessert looked delicious but we didn’t have any room left in the tank.
The food was so good and I loved the decoration! The staff was super friendly as well. Our order was delayed and they offered us a drink!
Nice ambiance with live piano and low lighting. Authentic Polish cuisine, we really enjoyed the beginners tasting menu. My favorite was the beef Pierogies and Potato pancakes, combined with Polish beer. Very filling and good table d'hôte options.
