I've taken my dog here ever since he was a puppy and the staff here are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable :)
My dog is a pretty anxious one and the staff are really patient with him and they make him feel more comfortable and safe.
We switched to this clinic during lockdown because our dog had become reactive with our previous vet. Southdown animal clinic has been incredible !! Our dog is now so much calmer at visits. Most recently, our cat got a really bad injury on her leg and they cared for her with immense compassion and patience . They preformed a necessary amputation and Pearl is doing so much better .
All the staff here is so nice. I have a rabbit that comes here and they always take such good of her. You can tell that everyone here loves each and every pet that comes through their doors. I went through this clinic for spaying my rabbit and they were so helpful and kind during her recovery.
I recommend this clinic for anyone that wants the absolute best care for their pet. The price is well worth it.

As always the best service ever.. dr Warren is spectacular and knows best. He has been our go to doctor for more than 6 years, this is the only veterinarian I can recommend to everyone.

I have only the most complimentary things to say about this clinic (Dr. Warren is our vet as so was Dr. Wallace previously). They have provided and continue to provide exceptional care for our chinchillas for over 15 years now (one of our chins is currently 18+ years old). They have been with us through the good times and the sad times and we cannot imagine more compassionate and kind veterinary office to support humans through the loss of their pets. We live in Toronto and drive to see this vet in Mississauga - because no one comes even close to their level of care.
We have recently had a young dog join our family and we take him to the same clinic for care - he is well taken care of and treated with compassion and genuine care. We hope Dr. Warren continues to care for our furry family members for long long time still!
Grateful to find this clinic after moving to Mississauga, Dr. Jankovics is so knowledgeable and caring with our bunnies. Everyone at Southdown is absolutely amazing - the vets and staff are all incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful. They truly treat your pet like family. I can't say enough good things about this clinic and highly recommend them to anyone.
Always a good experience and they care so much. They do such great work with foster dogs and help animals in need!

This is one of best clinics I've ever been at with our little birdie.. they actually care about your pet and provide you with top quality service. All stuffs and doctors are super professional and anything have to be done they solve it super fast... we had our bird super sick and he needed wing amputation, the doctor was calling us almost every day and asking us how we doing and how's recovery process going, unfortunately our little guy passed out few weeks ago 😢 and I called them to close his file, receptionist was super nice. Last night I was surprised find in my mail box card from them with all stuffs signatures in it... that almost made me cry... I'm so much appreciated for all what they've done for us and definitely those small details are making hudge difference which makes them stand out from other clinics I've been at... again, thank you alot for your care and for support u provided us in this hard times..I'd highly recommend this clinic out of any others, also when we get any new furry family member this place will deffinatelly be our one and only choice.!With love Tina.🥰
10/10 would recommend this vet office. They tend to be a little pricey but for all the right reasons... the staff and doctors are passionate and knowledgeable and put the care of your pet first. I've taken my cat to them, and in the end she was put down at their clinic and their loving gestures made accepting the loss easier. Now I've got a dog and I've been bring her there for the last 2 years because of the outstanding work they do. If you love your pets like family - you should bring them here!!!
