Thankfully I discovered a very helpful lady, Tracey Sutherland,who calmed me down and restored my faith after a very unhelpful agent elsewhere.
Tracey has helped me get the best deals, all inclusive in the Caribbean as well as flights to England. All I have to do is call and give her dates and where we want to go, then we sit back and she works like a demon. Sell off vacations is very lucky to have such a dedicated member of staff!!!! She is the only reason I didn't go to a different travel agent years ago. Not only does she help us, but has helped everyone that I recommended her too. Thanks Tracey
