Delicious finger licking food. I love there butter chicken, bhindi masala, navratan korma. Its one of my favorite Indian restaurant. I keep going there quite often because food, service, hygiene everything is excellent even the price is very reasonable.
Wohoo ! This was the first fine dining restaurant after i shifted to Toronto. I can assure you people, you’re not gonna miss Delhi food here in Toronto. One of the best taste, food, service. It was the best. The prices are high but worth it. My favourite dish Dhaba Murg (ghar ka swaad).
I just loved it !
Saturday 1.30 PM. I went in to eat the $5.99 pulao mentioned on their menu here on Zomato.
How ever, there was just the buffet available. $14.99 without tax. It was worth every buck. I was hungry tho. Won't be suggesting this unless you have an empty stomach and cash to spare.
FOOD:
We had come here on a Saturday afternoon at around 12:30 pm for the lunch buffet. We were happy to see that there were many options available for the buffet, which included a section of salads/cold items, a section of hot items/curries, and a section of desserts. In terms of the food quality itself, we felt as though some of the items were a bit too spicy for our taste buds however, there were some items which tasted quite delicious, such as the Butter Chicken, Naan Bread (which was brought right to our table), and the Potato Triangles. All of the items also tasted quite fresh, and we found the price to be good (only $14.99 per person). Although this buffet wasn’t as large as some of the Indian buffets, it did offer enough for us, and the items were always replenished when the amount was low.
ATMOSPHERE:
We found this restaurant to have excellent décor, especially when it came to the chairs and tables, along with the wallpaper, light fixtures, and pictures on the walls. It was quite stylish, which was wonderful to look at during our stay. We also found that there was ample room in-between the chairs and tables, along with a large space where the buffet was situated, without any tables nearby. There weren’t too many guests in the restaurant at the time therefore, the volume level was tolerable. We felt that a lot of work was put into making this restaurant look good, and it showed beautifully!
SERVICE:
When we had walked-in, we were served by a young woman, whom brought us to a table near the front of the restaurant. She was courteous throughout the entire meal, coming over to our table to check on us, and filling-up our water glasses, along with bringing us extra Naan Bread when we had asked for more. She was also friendly, as she played with my toddler son, which was a happy thing to see. All in all, definitely great customer service on all fronts!
COST:
4 Adult Lunch Buffets ($14.99/Person): $59.96 + Tax = $67.75
WOULD YOU RETURN?
Most definitely; the food was mostly good (except for some of the spicy items), along with great customer service and a chic restaurant!
