I've visited this place a lot, mainly for their banh mi sandwiches. Decent sized sandwiches for a very good price. There are places with slightly better prices in the little Chinatown on Dundas, but I prefer the sandwiches here, and the location is much more convenient for me. I'm not a huge bubble tea fan, but I had a grape tea once and it was pretty good. If you want a quick bite for a good price this is a good little spot.

came here yest for a bubble tea after making the spontaneous decision to stop here when I turned into that parking lot randomly. This was the first time I ever cheaped out on the bubbles rationalizing the fact that they probably 'aren't healthy anyway' but we all know bubble tea is nothing without the bubbles :-( Big mistake that I kind of made on purpose and simultaneously regretted as I did it. My heart told me get Taro as that is my favorite drink ever but apart of me knew that NOTHING compares to the taro chiller at another location (my fav spot) and I have unreasonably high expectations of it... so in order to not be disappointed I went with the lychee although they specifically have mango listed as the MOST POPULAR on their menu. My mind said i should have just went with the mango, but again i never liked mango except for at this other specific location and again, didn't want to be disappointed. I usually make a note to tell them no sugar in my drink (like no additional spoons of sugar as the fruit already contains enough and possibly milk if that's what they use). Need to read up on how they are made... but i did read up on the balls and seems that i made a good decision as they have little to no nutritional value- but then whats the point of the rest of the fatty drink without the tapioca? So the lady advised she would do "half-sweet" I guess she knew that it would be completely boring without ANY sugar. Which it was boring with the half-sweet. The beginning seemed ok but i got tired of it half way through plus the rest turned frozen and i couldn't get any sips out of it - kind of like what an iced cap does. By the time it melted it all just tasted like straight up water. Taro is the best man. Lychee is mediocre at best... I think i wanted lychee because once at a nightclub i got a lychee shot and it was beyond amazingggg but maybe the other alcohol i had affected how i felt about that one lol. But i always have good memories of lychee. plus those little jelly lychee snacks i had as a child were very good as well. Overall i think next time i would get taro or the infamous mango and give them a fair chance WITH BUBBLES darnit! The service was exceptional and the spot was empty and clean. They have more than just drinks on their menu. Will most likely return! PS it was 6.00 for one drink- it wasn't small but I wasn't given an option of small or large i think it's just one size... or wait there was a small I think but since i didn't indicate a size they gave me large... which was a waste since i only drank about 3/4. oH WELL!

This family-run Vietnamese restaurant is relatively unknown even among Mississauga locals. I recall bringing a friend with me as I dropped by for a quick Banh Mi run following our trip to Unplugged; she had promptly exclaimed, "I didn't even know this place existed!".

While I would likely take my bubble tea business elsewhere (likely to Chatime or Green Grotto) due to my enmity for repulsive flavoured powders, their Banh Mi sandwiches and Young Coconut Smoothie are definitely items worth checking out. Along with blended drinks, they also offer homestyle Vietnamese entrees and a rotating selection of desserts such as pandan sago cake.
