I have visited this place 2 years ago and it was ok. But last time we went was a week ago and i have to say i was pleasantly surprised with how well it improved. The price is good and i have to say they don't have the largest selection out there. But everything we ordered was fresh and very well prepared. I always pay attention to the sashimi as it is what tells me how fresh their food is and it was very good. Everything was great !! . I recommend you try their role with rice paper instead of rice if you want to watch your carbs ;) ...Service wise they were nice but they can be a bit more attentive. We sat with empty water glasses for a while which really isn't the biggest deal but just saying. Overall they are very well deserving of 4 stars and we will be visiting again soon.

Pleasantly Surprised!!. Was looking for an "All You Can Eat" sushi place after a long volleyball tournament with my buddies. Was slightly nervous about this place as it was not in a traditionally popular sushi area like Markham or Richmond Hill. But having been to places like Maison Du Japon (79%) and Aji Sai Queen West/Spadina (77%), I can honestly say that Kanda Sushi outdid them both except for decor. The food selection was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The food itself was fresh and tasty (crispy and light tempura) and free drinks! Dessert menu had lots of choices. Overall, a definite repeat. The place was NOT busy, and spacious. Good food, good service, because I'm sure most of the people are jamming themselves into the AYCE in those busier places.... can't wait to bring more people here to try!

Yum! Good sushi and the other food (tempura, Japanese cuisine) is good too. My boyfriend doesn't eat sushi but he liked the other things, and I loved the sushi. It got pretty full and has been before so get there early.

This place is absolutely the best and have improved significantly the past year. I've checked and they have 250+ menu items, great variety - great taste
Food: appetizers are very yummy they have lots to choose from. All very flavourful and they even added Thai and Chinese dishes recently!Sushi rolls are top notch super delicious, I can't get enough of their "eel avocado" and "green dragon". Sashimi is amazing and always fresh when I go. They even have oysters. I just want to say their menu have been upgraded since the first time I went and they offer so much food now, more then other ayce I have been! Their dessert is pretty good, I would love it if they added more (they have ice creams, mango pudding, chocolate crepes, banana tempura, and deep fried ice cream for bday ppl)
Service: wonderful service. One waiter is always smiling and makes us feel so welcome. Another waiter is more quiet and just brings our food and takes our orders. The good thing is that I go with large groups of ppl and they always get my orders right. The place would thrive even more with some renovations done. It's a busy place and people come here for the food but if they redecorated the place, eating there would be more enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, the place is very clean and bathrooms are never dirty, but with some designing the place would look amazing

This place is a decent place to get sushi, I've been here a couple of times and I really enjoy their pink lady roll and arctic roll. Service is quick.
Yum =D. This place is great, friendly waiters, good food, what else can you ask for, service is getting better as well speed wise, Ive been going there for a while now and they are getting better
