Where is pretty authentic, we had their braised meat noodles and the meat was pretty tender and the soup was flavorful. I also really like their tofu brains which is basically soft tofu with sesame paste and a savory sauce. The price is also very reasonable and I would recommend anyone to this place!

Ordered as take out. Flavor is lacking. Poached Fish in Chili Oil is from frozen fillets texture is completely mushy. Chinese Crepe only has crepe and dough stick, no crispy bits, no scallions, no greens, very light on sauce. Dough stick is also completely soft as they did not make vent on the takeout box.

Xin Restaurant doesn't look like much, but its dumplings (steamed and fried) are some of the best I've had in Mississauga. The different dumpling dishes each have their own distinct flavour. No matter the stuffing, the dumplings here are juicy, meaty, and the flour skin is thin. Say goodbye to understuffed dumplings, because Xin's Restaurant does dumplings justice.
I've also tried the cumin lamb here, which is aromatic, flavourful, and perfectly spicy. I'll definitely be back for more.

Wonderful place! Me and hubby really love this authentic Chinese restaurant ❤️ They offer northern Chinese cuisine from traditional breakfast to a quick lunch even a decent dinner. Flavorful, diverse menu, healthy fresh ingredients...... we will definitely come back again 😊

The Xin Resturant is actually has the true taste from the northern chinese. The dumpling is a must to try. You will be amazed how many different types of dumpling are there from the northern chinese cuisine. I also ordered the fish big bowl soup which is very very good. A must try dish.

Its a decent place to eat at but there are better restaurants in the neighbourhood. Thier cold beverages aren't that cold, and they don't have ice to cool it. The price for my dish was a little steep considering it doesn't come with any sides. The only thing that was done right may have been the tea...

Ordered takeout. 小笼包 was excellent. Comparable to what you'd find in Shanghai these days. Will definitely order again.
菜肉包 was pretty good too. Some of them got a bit crushed in the takeout container but still very tasty.
生煎包 just seemed to be the regular bao then pan fried, so I won't be getting it again.
The steamed corn buns didn't look like the photo on Uber Eats, but my daughter ate them all and didn't leave me any so I guess they tasted great.
For some reason I couldn't choose Pickup via Uber Eats, and so called them directly to order. They gave us a 10% discount for paying cash so worked out great.
All in all, great food for a great price. Will be back to try more of their cooking.

Growing up in Mississauga, I found the selection of Chinese restaurants lacking. When we ate out, my family always ended up at the same two restaurants. Recently, we headed to one of these old favourites only to find it closed for renovations. With no backup plan, we walked straight into the restaurant next door. Overall, Xin Xin BBQ was pretty meh and only managed to reinforce my parent’s faith in their tried and true watering holes.

Went here with my family. I love spicey food but if you don't, I would say 50% of the items on the menu have hot peppers, though they say you can request all of the options to be non-spicey. <br/><br/>Anyways, we ordered a couple of things as a family and our favourite here was the "Sweet and Sour fried fish in the shape of a squirrel". It reminded me of sweet and sour pork, only in fish form with veggies! I didn't really understand the "squirrel" description was, but I guess because they serve it with the tail pointing up!<br/><br/>We also had the siulongbao which were very well-made. My sister ordered two orders!

Could be cleaner.. Food was okay, but cleanliness stood out more...or the lack thereof.<br/><br/>A bunch of dried leaves on Welcome mat, on the interior of restaurant. (Dunno how long they've been there since there weren't any trance of dead leaves on the outside.) Tables not cleaned up right away. Tabletops also gummy. Overall gave the impression that owner(s) didn't care and had no pride in his business.<br/><br/>Witnessed owner (??) smoking in the kitchen. Luckily food didn't taste like smoke, but these were all signs which make me suspect about other things that can be going on in the kitchen!!!
