Had the prosciutto and cheese sandwich with house salad. Was delicious!!! Will go again to try something new.
One of the best healthy lunch options in west end. This place is amazing. With large food portions, you fill up on really freshly made gourmet salads, wraps, or sandwiches. There's a lot of flavour to these and they never skimp out on the good stuff. I always get nice chunks of rotisserie chicken or tuna in my salads. The vegetables are never limp and they're always in abundence. It can be a bit slow for the line up on Fridays because they're so busy. The kitchen staff is relatively fast but with only one person manning the till, it's a bottle neck. I highly recommend the vegetarian salads. The grilled tofu one is so good... the sesame spicy dressing makes it.

Sprouts is AWESOME!. I've been going to sprouts for years. They're friendly, they're fast and it's good food. Who says fast food has to be a lousy burger joint. Their salads, wraps, flatbreads and sandwiches are great!
Wandered in here on a Timmies run one day and the menu is quite large. There is a good selection of vegetarian and gluten free food. The employee at the counter was very flexible and happy to accommodate my dietary restrictions and preferences. The food arrived in under 10 minutes, it was hot and delicious. I saw several interactions with customers while I was waiting and it is clear it is a go-to spot for many with Sprouts knowing their regular customers orders by heart. I will definitely be back to try more. A nice alternative to Freshii.
Had an AMAZING chicken pesto sandwich (on gluten-free bread!) and a delicious side salad. Great food, lots of options and super friendly staff. Will definitely be going back!
It's been a long time since I rated 5 stars to a restaurant but Sprouts is deserving. I've been a frequent customer to this restaurant for the past 2 years and what I love most, is the customer service. I'm always greeted by their friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean and the cooks take their time to prepare delicious gourmet wraps!! The wraps are filled with flavourful spices & sauce. Try the Chipotle wrap, I love the combination of black beans, tortilla chips, chipotle sauce and cheese.. It's also favorite from their menu.

Good healthy restaurant featuring a variety of wraps, sandwiches, soups and salads. The Chicken and Steak are Halal. I enjoyed the Chicken & Roasted Hummus Spread pressed sandwich.
I ate here almost everyday while working in Mississauga. It’s amazing. It’s the perfect balance of healthy and delicious. I even got my workplace hooked on it. The staff are also so nice and a pleasure to visit and I don’t say that often. I get a chicken caeser wrap with house salad. Amazing everytime
