Best shawarma I've ever had in my life. Everytime I'm down from ottawa I MUST go to this place at least once to eat! I won't eat at any other shawarma place! It's the Best! ��
I've been eating here for years and can honestly say it's hands down the best shawarma place in the GTA. I'm always satisfied with the food and treated like family, definitely a must try for anyone who has the chance! 5/5
After seeing many positive reviews and driven by my inherent live for Mediterranean middle eastern cuisine tried this restaurant. Loved the ambience and decor. It has sports bar kinda feel to it along with Mounted accolades posted across the walls. Coming to the main aspect: food. The freshness of the salad, chicken shawarma is commendable. We ordered the famed Ali G platter and the chicken shawarma platter. I personally preferred the chicken shawarma platter as it comes with couscous, pasta , tahini ( I think) , rice and pickled turnips. Thr sauce thry use is also very tangy . Thr Ali G is just extra chicken and rice . Thr rice is very unique it has most likely turmeric, tastes great. Next time I want to try their mixed shawarma in pita bread. I now have found a new favourite shawarma place in Mississauga(Safari grill was my go to shawarma place).
Not exactly your traditional Shwarma Place but i cant help but love it!!The sauces, rice, meats and salads on a plate just warms me every time, so delicious. Really good food!!
Myself and three other friends ordered from Lezzet and we have never had better shawarma than here. We're excited to go back again so we can treat more friends great food for our next get together. The only thing we wanted was a take out menu but the owners said one is being made soon.
I absolutely love this food. Nothing else compares to the quality of service, food and experience when I go to Lezzet. Their Ali-J is amazing for large portions and leftovers, my buddies and I get wraps for a small meal or I go here with my date and we share a mixed plate. This is without a doubt a 6/5 rating.
This place is awesome their pita bread is to die for and the hummus is delicious. Got a mixed salad with chick peas , quinoa and red cabbage. I ate everything except for the red cabbage lol. Very healthy. Decent price. Big portion and friendly staff! Loved it.
Hey I come here quite often and so does anyone I've told lately . The reason being is their shawarma and sauces taste like no other shawarma spot. They have a modern twist and their specialty shawarma on the rocks is what attracted me the first time !. Im not kidding but its the best I have ever had and I travel everywhere for shawarma
Lezzet is the most popular spot in sauna because they make their food fresh from scratch and to order, you can taste the difference their secret recipes and full of flavours meals they have and yes they can be rude sometimes because some people are too much......
We've been going here for years and absolutely love it! We've tried other places in Mississauga but these guys are superior. The food is fresh and flavourful every time. Staff is quick and helpful. The place is always busy but the line moves quickly. My favorite thing to order is the mixed wrap but I'd also recommend the dinner platter or Ali J's
The Reason why I even went to get food there is because of their high 5 star reviews. I was searching for something different I type on google @The top best shawarma near me'' and boom they were in top ones!!! When I arrived they were so welcoming and the place so clean. Staff very social. My brother is coming in town for his birthday and I told him I will have him discover one of the finest middle eastern best!! Thanks guys see you soon!!!
Good quality meat, Ali-j tastes great. Has a unique taste, sweeter than other on-the-rocks dishes from other Shawarma restaurants. Friendly staff, reasonably priced. 4 stars for the hours, closes way too early. Have wanted to eat here many times but realized it's closed.
There's a good reason why Lezzet frequently has lineups, so be patient when you arrive because it's worth it.
Went back to back days for the first time last week. I got the Ali J (Chicken on rice or fries, w all the sauces - $11.50 for a large ) on Friday and the chicken shawarma platter on Saturday (includes up to 4 side salads with garlic and tahini - $13.25)
I can safely say this is a top 3 shawarma house in the GTA, prices are extremely fair for the portion sizes offered, ingredients are all fresh and the meat is tender and juicy without feeling greasy or heavy.
The only shawarma place I've been to that offers BBQ sauce which is a nice complement to the dish.
I will definitely be coming back and recommending Lezzet to others, thank you to the family running the business for the wonderful experience

Best chicken on rice in the GTA. Get the Ali-J with half rice, half fries. Sometimes there can be a line-up and their hours aren't that good. Food is amazing though and the guys are friendly.
First time trying, definitely not my last. Close friend recommended & he didn’t + they didn’t disappoint !!! Live down there street so looks like I’ll be a regular here.

As my boss would say, these guys are the best throughout the GTA. Went here twice.
One time was pre-covid with my friends and the second time was today. They’re on demand because there was a line up When I arrived. But it was worth the wait. I had a chicken shawarma and I couldn’t finish. The portion was pretty good. They have a limit of up to 9 customers so I think it’s much better to do pick up if you’re really hungry. Leftovers anyone? It’s a big portion.
