They make a good burger - nothing to complain about there. They have a wide variety of toppings and its fairly priced. Their fries are decent as well but a few times I've gone they have been undercooked and limp from grease saturation. I haven't been in a while but every once in a while I get the hankering for a five guys burger. Enjoy the 50s diner atmosphere. Oh and free peanuts!
Awesome burgers. The burgers here are amazing! Absolutely delicious! I don't care for the fries, but that's personal preference.

Best burger joint around.
Best burger in Medicine Hat. The title shouldn't speak too loudly though as there is a lack of real good hamburgers in this city. Some will fancy up the 'fixens and slap a crappy dry tasteless burger in the middle, while others have great burgers and stick it on a wonderbread bun.
Five guys sadly falls into the last category, however the patty is so delicious that it could be served inside a camels @ss and still be fantastic. I wish more burger joints had pride in their burger patties like this place. Also the amount of toppings is great. Place is clean, with an open kitchen.
Cons would be the price and I'm not a huge fan of their fries, you get about 7 potatoes worth, but still not my fave.
Also for the person who said it took an hour for their meal must have been in behind 300 people because they make each burger to order right away. I've never been longer than 20 minutes waiting and I always go right at lunch time when it is super busy.

Better Than Tinos!. Never had a bad burger here! Great size patties even on a single! Don't need the extra fries in the bag but Thumbs Up!!
YUM!. Awesome burgers, huge portions of fresh delicious fries and fast service. Our boys who are not keen on restaurants as a whole, LOVE this place.
Best fries in town!. We have eaten at Five Guys about half a dozen times. The food is always fresh and delicious! These guys have the best fries and fry portions in town. My hubby and I were easily able to share a small fry and feel full afterwards. We often go and grab a large fry to go and bring it home to eat with whatever we are having for dinner. The burgers are really good and do taste homemade. They are a bit pricey though as far as getting a whole meal goes (burgers, fries and a drink...)
Just stopped in our our way cross country. Best burgers we have ever had! Someone who appeared to be the owner or manager was walking around, cleaning tables, visiting with kids and offering to take orders to the tables etc. made for the best service at a fast food restaurant we have ever had! This location of five guys will definately be on our trip plan for future stops. Also love, love, love that they provide clean high chairs and family restrooms with good change tables!
Fantastic. The burgers are to die for and worth every penny. The staff has always been friendly. I tell ppl to go there all the time. Best burgers besides my own home made ones lol.
The bun leaves something to be desired but i dont go for the buns... its wats between i care about. Perfectly cooked beef with my mountain of toppings a pile of the best fries in town. Great place
