Service was great and fast. Had an Iced Green Peach Tea and Egg Bites and it was made in minutes. Fabulous! They make their ice teas perfectly.
I was served by Diane at cash and she was the sweetest human being. Made my whole day. The service was quick as well, I got my coffee in less than 2 minutes. Such a wholesome staff!

Great location but.. I usually come here sometimes during my work hours to get a drink and for the first time yesterday for some reason yesterday I didn't get ANY vanilla syrup in my cup and the grande cup was BARELY filled up. I don't know if they ran out or someone new is working there but it was very disappointing. I don't want to be a disappointed so please make it right.
Had their latte. The cashier was actually pretty friendly. I think the team gets along pretty well (given that one of them was pulling the other one's leg). Good jibe. But very friendly.

Sometime small moves makes your day, I ordered my coffee but without realizing that I picked the wrong location.. Came in to the location where I was suppose to order and Joanne was extremely professional, went above and beyond my expectation and got me the coffee. That is a gazillion dollar move that will last forever.

This store is a cozy little HIDDEN GEM.. I've always been greeted energetically as soon as I enter. No matter what rotation of the staff is working, there's the consistent exceptional experience. Very patient and very accommodating. You guys are really living up to the Starbucks standards 💚💜💚💜

I am not an avid reviewer, however I did write a scathing review on this location a couple of months back which I am now editing/changing. I was very disappointed with this location and the service I was receiving, however to the Staff's credit, they have very much improved. It is clear to me now that in fact the staff here are quite good, and certainly competent. They were clearly being completely mismanaged if managed at all. It looks to me like the previous manager is gone-which can only be a good thing. Personally, I take a lot of the credit for waking this store up-as I'm there nearly every day, I certainly have seen a vast improvement in the past 2 months in their line moving/efficiency, and I am seeing far less customer ignoring, and useless questionable non important job doing while people wait in line. The store is far from perfect, however it is entirely clear to me now that in fact the staff is WAY better than I thought they were, and when organized properly, is actually really good!
I have never corrected or re-done a review on here but in this case they have earned it. Also as a whole, they are very nice to me-which I appreciate.
