Environment looks good but there's the very strong garbage smell in the restaurant. And I don't know when I ask them to get some hot tea they are gonna charge. Actually the sushi restaurant serve the hot tea for free. The food quality just Ok. Sashimi is thin. Serve is not enough.

Can u beleve this is elite party tray spending over 80. I have ever had sushi taste and quality bad like this in my life. Taste sour not even defrost sashimi, smell spoiled. 5 ppl left over that much of sushi. I don't really care how it look like, I understand this is all u can eat, but if your company thinks that this is take out must be care more bit not giving such a bad quality food for new years eve.

Sushi was OK, nothing special about it. However, I was extremely disappointed with the hot food. Many of the dishes seemed to be cooked with no care, some were either undersauced or just had too much flavour. They used to be very good, and I used to enjoy their hot food. Now, they are charging almost $50 per person (including taxes and tip) for completely inedible food. Service was as fast as it used to be, however, the food is just horrible. Not to
mention, their desserts like their Mango Yogurt were just inedible and was more like a jelly than a yogurt. It has been 2 years since I have eaten here, but I don’t think I will return.

Have to give a bad comment as the experience is awful. Washroom was terrible and disgusting. From the pictures you can see the food compared with their menu- that’s total different item. Serve speed could be various- some times it come fast but there is chance you will never get what ordered

I came in family day, no enough server, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! serve food to wrong table. Terrible raw beef:frozen, thick, no flavor. Won't come again. Bad management lead to bad service. Salmon has bad texture and white, they aren't seem fresh

This place used to be my favourite place for a years, it looks good tho.. but last 3 times i went the quality was garbage, it makes me feel sick for next day. I really feel sorry what they became to.
On top of that we found one long hair in the fried sushi, was really disgusting
I wish the old management come back, was super place before, unfortunately not anymore, there is no hygiene restrictions followed anymore in this place

Glad they're still in business after all the pandemic beatdowns. This remains one of my favorite Japanese AYCE restaurants in the area for many years.

First had very bad unfresh taste on salmon sashimi then had another one on red snapper, complained but was ignored, after second time complaint, a lady came I think is the manager with a rude attitude, and "lectured" me that all sashimi fish is from frozen not from live fish, so I should not expect those live fish fresh feeling. I was shocked about a restaurant manager said this unprofessionally, I even doubt if the restuarant uses sushi grade processed fish as material. I am a sashimi lover, go to sushi restaurant every week, this is the first time I have come across a restaurant being so ignorant.
Forgot to mention their in store menu is less than what they advertised online
