First off, the staff is amazing here! You are greeted very friendly and professionally. The good is amazing! Everything we've tried has been delicious! Some meals are prepped table side and gives you such a fine dining experience! The table side Cesar salad and Peter's prime rib are a must try! We have been customers here for 3+ years and looking forward to returning every single time!

One of the finest steakhouse in the city. Steak was cooked to perfection and it’s one of the few places in the city which serves Dover Sole. The Dover was cooked perfectly. The bacon wrapped scallops were out of this world. Service was first rate and the Nutcracker coffee was the perfect end to the evening. We will be back for sure! Thank you Tom and your amazing crew.

This place is just exceptional. From the Caesar Salad that was made fresh, to the Steak Diane that was cooked at your table side, everything was done in perfection. We were here for birthday dinner and they even gave us a free cake to celebrate. This is one fine dining restaurant indeed.

I heard a lot of great story about Peter’s Fine Dining! Finally is about time to try it. The food is definitely cooked to perfection! Although the onion soup was on the salty side, other dishes made up for it. Had to say must try the famous tableside Caesar salad also the tableside tenderloin steaks to finish off with a tableside crepe must mention there cappuccino is very good! After all the heavy food that cappuccino really stand out As the name stated fine dining, expect $80+ per person but well worth your dollars

If you haven't had the chance to visit Peter's Fine Dining, you're missing out. This was the greatest dining expierence we've had. Service is beyond exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to make you evening wonderful. Enough positive things can't be said about this establishment. The food is incredible and the best steak I've ever had was had here. The lobster was pure perfection. Thank you all. You made our evening something to remember.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. First off the establishment is in a great location with ample parking. It’s kept super clean and has a beautiful elegant atmosphere. The service here is phenomenal, from the owners to the wait staff, they’ll do everything they can to make sure you have a memorable experience. The food here is impeccable, all cooked to perfection using only the highest quality ingredients. The menu is straight forward and has all the classics you would expect from a high end steakhouse. Our family has been coming here for years and will continue to do so for a really long time as it only gets better year after year. If you haven’t been I’d highly recommend you give them a try because there’s a really high chance you’ll be returning again and again to celebrate many occasions and create memories there to last a lifetime.

This is a very delayed review as I was scrummaging around old photos and realized I didnt post a review for this place. We came here to celebrate our anniversary back in 2019 and it was extremely snowy that day. We were immediately greeted and had our jackets checked in. Throughout dinner we had steak and some appetizers, we were kept in check and the server was extremely courteous. If I am in the area in the future, I will definitely come back for a special occasion :)

This is by far one of the nicest restaurant I have ever been to, the food was top notch and the staff are very professional and courteous. We have passed by this place numerous times in the past few years but never had a chance to visit the place. Therefore, my wife and I decided to dine here for our first anniversary, and after this exceptional experience, we would definately return in the future. Thank you for making our evening so amazing.

We had a wonderful dinner tonight for our anniversary. The food and service was great. The steak is moist and cooked perfectly and the same for the prime rib. Our server was attentive but not overly attentive. Some servers checks up on you for the sake of doing so. Like asking if you like the food when you haven't taken a bite at all. At Peter's our server dropped by each time we needed something before we even asked for him to come. We also got a complimentary cake for our anniversary which is a nice touch. I definitely recommend this place.

Well what can I say. Taken to Peter by my wife Rosie for my birthday. I thought it could not get any better than last time we went there for our anniversary, I was wrong! First was met at the door by Tom who greeted us by name. Wow he remembered us. Then lets get to the food, all I can say is WOW. We had the caesar salad. If you have had what you think is a fantastic caesar salad go try Peters, it was fantastic. Then we had crab cakes and oysters peters style, both were outstanding. Then my wife had the salmon and I had prime rib. The salmon was excellent and the prime rib melted in your mouth. Then they gave me a chocolate truffle cake for my birthday, what a great gesture. Thank you. Then I had creme brûlée and my wife had Cheesecake both were fantastic. Also the service was impeccable as usual. If you have not been to Peters you are missing out on the best restaurant in the GTA if not Ontario or even Canada. What they do they do fantastically well. I have had the opportunity to visit many upscale fine dining restaurants, but peters fine dining was by far the best! The professionalism , the quality of food, the customer service was all outstanding! I highly recommend everyone to try it out. This place is amazing and I will come back every time I'm in Markham

One of the nicest places, if not THE nicest ever. First, all the staff is dressed in suits and very professional, no matter what your attire is. They made Caesars salad at the table, sauce and all and it was the BEST and freshest I've ever had, no joke. Then the meal, my girl had Salmon while I had steak and lobster tail. Both were extremely delicious. To top it off, I was in town for my birthday which was past, but they gave us a slice of chocolate mousse cake with a plate decorated with Happy Birthday Mike on it. Awesome presentation and awesome taste as well. Along with my cake, they gave my lady a rose. Very classy! And when we departed, they greeted us by name and welcomed us back again when we visit. Will definitely be back to visit again!!!!

Absolutely outstanding food staff and experience worth every cent. Walking in not knowing the level of Fine Dining my friend had found. Tragically underdressed, we where greeted and seated and had the most incredible dinner experiences of our lives. Thank you so very much.

This was our second visit to Peter's Fine Dining last night. The service is excellent, and ambiance is wonderful. The food is delicious. Such an amazing place and you don't have to go downtown Toronto to get the best, it is right here. Truly fine dining at it's best. Love this place....

Had an amazing dinner here last night. The seafood platter for 2 and crepes Suzette were wonderful. Great ambiance and service. Perfect place for our celebration dinner. Last night I went here for dinner to celebrate a special day with my sweetheart. My experience here was far more than I imagined. This place is truly a gem. Love how it is in the area. The service was excellent. The food was amazing. We had a caesar salad made at our table side, this is a must have when coming here. The steaks were cooked to perfection. And we had a special Happy Anniversary cake with beautiful plating. I will definitely come back again!!!

We have been going there every year for the last 5 years for our Anniversary dinner and other times and will continue to do so. The best restaurant ever. The food is superb and the staff unbeatable Attentive, professional, courteous, helpful. Everyone should them at least once. You will not be disappointed. They are No. 1

My family and I have been dining at Peters since I was an infant for all special family events and holidays. Always are we not only treated like family but the dining consistency has always been spectacular. I live in LA now and every time I am home to visit without miss we schedule a meal at our favourite restaurant!

I celebrated my birthday there in 2016... by far one of the best fine dining in the GTA! Love every minute of it... Great service, great food, great decor and ambiance!

My husband and I love this restaurant. It is the place to go when we are celebrating or just want a great meal. The food is amazing and the staff is wonderful. They anticipate your every need .

Peter's Fine Dining is in Markham, Ontario. Although the outside of the restaurant looks old and small, the interior actually has a nice, old-school steakhouse decor that doesn't feel old, dark, or dingy. It's an excellent valued meal. As always, I had the bone-in rib eye, rare. It was very good. I also tried the rack of lamb chops, which was surprisingly excellent. Perhaps the best lamb chops I've had. In terms of the steak, the quality of the meat isn't as good as Jacob's Steakhouse, but the texture of the meat was soft and tender. Also, the char-broiled steak gave a great char-flavour that wasn't as good as a charcoal grill, but much better than the regular broiler that other steakhouses use. Everything we ordered was cooked beautifully (prime rib, lamb chops, ribeye) and the portion sizes were massive, especially the prime rib. I would say that this steakhouse gives the best value overall. The complimentary bread was nice and soft, toasted and warm. The French onion soup was fine (not as sweet as some other restaurants like to make it). Finally, I'd like to add that I love that this restaurant didn't go too heavy on salt, like so many other restaurants. I highly recommend Peter's Fine Dining. I am especially glad that we gave this restaurant a chance when my previous favourite, Barberian's suddenly started dropping the ball. Update: Little touches that are nice include a fresh rose gifted to all female customers at the end of their meal and a complimentary dessert if you are celebrating a birthday.

Hubby and I ordered Caesar salad to start, served tableside, as one would expect in a fine dining place. Our server was so amiable. It was like watching the Food Network as he gave me the instructions on how to make fresh Caesar dressing at home. <br/><br/>We decided to split a 24oz Porterhouse steak as it seemed the better value vs getting an 8-ouncer each. And boy, did we overestimate our capacity. Maybe 10 years ago, a 12-ouncer would not have been so huge (am I dating myself?). But when our big, honking chunk of meat arrived, I was all too glad we did not order extra sides of baked potatoes and veggies as well. How the heck were we going to finish this?! Well, of course, we managed because it was just delicious!

Prime Rib is excellent. Enormous portions. Good wine selection. No visit to Peter's is complete without trying their caesar salad. No other caesar salad can even comes close. It is that good!! Dessert selection is so so, the only thing that prevents me giving them 5-star. <br/>

Won't go back. My husband and I went there for his birthday and I booked a table in advance. We went there after all the great reviews received but we had a very different experience. The staff there were very unwelcoming and we felt so ignored and alienated and we were put near the corner. The staff there didn't look too willing to serve for some odd reason and they looked so annoyed when I waived at them for some service, which they were supposed to offer. A lot of the staff there waited by tables with "nicely-dressed" gents perhaps waiting for a big fat tip?? We could hardly locate the waiter who was supposed to serve us but we had to waive someone else over to get our bill. This other staff thought we were asking for service (we were asking for our bill) so he declined to serve us because we weren't 'his' guests. I thought the whole experience was total bs and will never recommend anyone to go there. Overall a very poor experience. Oh, and the food wasn't that great either. The Keg is way better.

Wonderful meal and excellent service. Wow, this was the best restaurant meal we've had in a long time! We paid about the same amount for dinner at Harbour Sixty downtown Toronto and you can't even compare the two. The caesar salad was the best we've ever had, and I found myself wishing there was more when I got to the end of it. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back!

I was there in April with a group of 9. We had someone that was standing by our table and he didn't really do anything except anger one of my guests. The chateau briand was smaller than expected though the vegetables were oversized. The pepper sauce was overpowering for one of the steaks. The lobster bisque seemed watered down. The rest of everyone's meal was ok. A man that seemed to be the owner went to every table except ours. That was like a slap in the face! Our group will never go there again!

Really really like it. I've been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff know my family and treat us like old friends. The food is excellent, I usually get escargots and a filet mignon or steak neptune. Always very good, and the garlic bread and pickle dish are to die for!

First visit for special occasion. Ordered a french onion soup au gratin and prime NY steak with broiled scallops. It was great! Well prepared and the service was just over the top. Price is considered high but you get what you pay for. Reservations are needed. 95%

Great Restaurant!!. I try to go out to Peter's a few times a year. I have never had a bad meal at Peter's and the service has always been great. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in looking for a great steakhouse. The value is much better than you would get at the Octagon for example.

Best prime rib in the city. Cesear salad is outstanding as well. Great staff and decor. Not cheap but good value for the price.

This is my absolute favourite steak house out of the ones I've tried. A very classic fine dining restaurant located at the east side of Markham. Their staffs are always friendly to welcome you at the door and serve you like VIPs at the table. Wide selection of steaks available, from prime rib to peppercorn steaks cooked at your table, their steaks are tremendously tender that give you that fuzzy sore feeling as soon as your teeth touches them. I've never had a failed steak at Peter's. Even their freshly baked garlic bread get me hooked! I could eat them all day but of course, I'd have to save room for the steak. Not a huge selection for dessert but you definitely get your money worth when you go to Peter's on any occasion.
